"Happy with Shorter Loop’s advanced features"

What do you like best about Shorter Loop?

I am from Sales. Shrorter Loop helps me to know my customer’s persona, their needs, goals, problems in the discovery canvas - which further help me tweak my emails as per my target audience. Moreover it helps to plan my work efficiently - I do it in Plan canvas. Plus the Shorter Loop is very user friendly no training needed whatsoever, their YouTube Video tutorials are very good, crisp, to the point. I also use the tool for my project management, task management with timelines. I also mention the due date or if I have to assign any product activity to another person from another team (marketing, product) I do it in the backlog canvas under Build. That way each team member can see each other’s project and are very much aligned with the goal. As I follow Sprint and OKR methodology, Shorter Loop helps me to list down my sprint goal in OKR format in the KPI/Metrics section of Dashboard to track, moreover all my product management tasks can be tracked per sprint in the backlog. I love the tool, its very easy to work with and improves my efficiency as a team member and also my productivity.

What do you like best about Shorter Loop?

As a launch manager, I used Shorter Loop to manage all product launch activities of my departments and other departments such as engineering, sales, marketing, software development and customer support teams globally in ONE tool. The tool interface is easy to understand and doesn’t require any training. You can either start creating your own product launch plan from scratch or bring from Jira or add from product backlog, also bring it from feedback management module with in the tool (Idea manager and it helps you to prioritize features by using AI driven analytics, segregating under meaningful themes and make your job very easy to manage all key feedback and split those most important, good but lesser important and nice to have feedback in the product roadmap module. The beauty is you can see your product launch plan and other team’s progress and add/edit/delete/complete as you need Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Managing product plan and roadmap between cross functional teams locally and globally (remote, offline no issues absolutely).

Doesn’t require training, easy to use.

Start your product plan from wherever you want - import from Jira or create from product backlog or build from scratch or add from feedback pool based on the priority as per votings received from customers, stakeholders etc.

Shorter Loop simplifies our entire marketing process. From idea generation to analytics, it covers it all. The Idea Manager and persona mapping features of this tools are fantastic. It almost saved us 20% of our time by collecting feedbacks, analyzing feedback and deriving insights powered by Generative AI based on the best market research study we conducted for persona validation, and the GTM strategy success rate increased by 3x. "Enhancing Development Efficiency with Shorter Loop"

What do you like best about Shorter Loop?

As a product developer and business analyst, Shorter Loop has become an invaluable tool for managing my product work efficiently. The platform provides a comprehensive view of all our products’ backlog (it’s very easy to add a product, without any training needed to learn as the tool is very intuitive to use. You either add details on the product backlog manually from scratch import from Jira or get it from Product Roadmap canvas within the tool) which allows us to prioritize features based on our bandwidth and customer feedback ratings on each potential idea/issue. The real-time insights from the Idea Manager (feedback hub) have been instrumental in understanding our customers, internal teams, and partner feedback and shaping our product strategy accordingly. Also being a business analyst I use the Discover module where I research market, customer, and solution. The Shorter Loop AI works amazingly by creating a persona, value proposition, vision, and business model along with my product management team and I love the healthy debate we have here on the tool by sharing comments and running experiments to validate our assumptions and persona’s challenges. Prodeasy | Shorter Loop makes my job easy from the ideation stage to product launch (we have so many ideas on how the product needs to be built, but getting the validation through market feedback, user research gives us confidence the product has a need and which ideas will be the right ones to address the need of my target audience/persona). Not just that its AI-enabled platform helped me to create the product vision, and persona canvas based on my target audience, ran experiments from the tool based on hypotheses designed primarily from the persona’s needs, challenges, goals, and aspirations and based on experiment helped me to create value proposition which is further tied to my business model linking revenue goals, outreach goals to persona, cost structure, customer relationship and more.

It will help you to get feedback from your customers, partners, and internal stakeholders on the product ideas, and features that they really believe will be super useful and thus, help you to prioritize those product features first to make the MVP and include them in the product design. This way it saved millions of dollars by ensuring we are not designing/delivering a wrong product which won’t have a need and people will not pay for the same. Also, the tool serves end-to-end capabilities post MVP – from creating a product roadmap, finally build and launch and gather analytics from the market after launching in terms of its usage and adoption by integrating with Google Analytics, and customer satisfaction/NPS scores and more and thus empowering you to make any corrections/bugs and also plan for next releases with further development goals that are keeping customers at the center. 'Shorter Loop' product Management tool is insightful with proper sequence flow of modules. When I explored the tool, I realised that it actually addressed the Pain points most Product teams face.

Some immpressive features are -

1) Impact Maps is effective in tracking Business Goal to Product Value Proportion

2) 'Persona' module feature deeper understaning of the customer's goals, challenges and expectations.

3) Documentation to Story maps all in one place gives a holistic progression snapshort on the product development.

4) You can explore your Ideas using the 'Experiement' feature in the tool

5) Dashboards are AI Driven and hence makes easy categorization and insights
