I have been using Shorter Loop for our end to end product development needs. The web based robust saas platform allows me to define our product roadmap, manage our all product development projects (and since it integrates with Jira you can easily check the product development status in jira and comment or close once its done and update in Shorter Loop’s product backlog if the workitem being tracked by my Software developers), and track release dates easily by each workitems. With real-time insights from the Idea Manager module of Shorter Loop, I and my team shape product roadmap with customer feedback and stay in sync with market trends and being competitive. The Shorter Loop AI features help us understand our audience, conduct user research, run unlimited experiments and develop personas, enabling us to align our product strategy with their goals and needs.

The collab module has brought our teams closer than ever. We use it for brainstorming sessions, creating process maps, root cause diagrams, user story journey with our UI/UX designer and marketing team, and saving them for future reference. Everyone can contribute (comment, attach file, additional data, doc, image, video) and have a single view, making collaboration seamless and efficient.
