My team and I utilize Shopperations to manage budgets across multiple retailers and tactics, and it has enabled us to undertake much more complex campaign planning and execution than our previous process. **What do you dislike about Shopperations?** Features within the tool are deep and can be intimidating when first getting started. The uploaded PDF viewer is small and can be frustrating to use. These office hour type meetings are incredibly helpful as they allow my team to bring up questions and hear about recent capabilities. I also love the invoicing part of Shopperations. Being able to upload invoices allows me to see actual spend, which then helps with changing our budgets around and accruals. **What do you dislike about Shopperations?** I am still struggling with the filtering part of Shopperations. I have yet to be able to figure out how to perfectly pull exactly what I am looking for. **What problems is Shopperations solving and how is that benefiting you?** - Keeping track of a very large budget with multiple funding sources - Keeping track of estimated spend versus actual spend - Easily tying PO numbers to events - Seeing where over versus underspend in taking place ### 4. The amount of details we can parse out with the reports have greatly improved our ways of working and allowed the teams to see what exactly their spending against monthly, quarterly, and/or yearly. ### 5. You can automate many processes and focus on new or problematic products and let others go on autopilot. **What do you dislike about Shopperations?** The software is suited for packaged retail products, and if you do services it's barely applicable. **What problems is Shopperations solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used to work with this program when I was at a large corporation that had thousands of goods in the system - it did a good job keeping many of them running with little work required. ### 8. This tool allows me to aggregate all the same information, provide ongoing visibility to all key stakeholders and pull necessary reporting from one single source in a more efficient manner. **What do you dislike about Shopperations?** Given that it is a planning and financial tracking tool, it should allow for adaptability and integration with an organization's key systems more seamlessly. This would allow for less data entry on items that are generated from these other systems (i.e. coupon codes, WBS#, IRI categories, invoices approved, etc.) To get the full benefit of this tool's reporting generation, it requires experience in creating Pivot tables. Therefore, unless you are verse in this skill, you have to require the help of Shopperations to create these or you wont get the full benefit of its reporting. This has led to some still maintain a manual tracker for some aspects of the business. **What problems is Shopperations solving and how is that benefiting you?** Leveraging multiple sources to plan, track and manage plans and financial aspects of my business ### 9. Shopperations helps to keep things organized but everything is input individually and there's isn't one customizable view where you can make edits while viewing the whole plan, for multiple retailers against each other for example. **What problems is Shopperations solving and how is that benefiting you?** Problems we're solving: Phasing for finance, this was solved.
