What I like best about Shape CRM , is the AI agents. I absolutely love how much they help with my day-to-day production and overall efficiency. They take a lot of the repetitive tasks off my plate, help me stay organized, and allow me to spend more time actually focusing on my clients and moving loans forward. Instead of spending so much time manually reviewing leads, writing follow-ups, and trying to figure out who needs attention next, Shape’s AI helps streamline a lot of that work. Having AI built directly into the CRM is especially useful because it has the context of our leads and conversations right where we’re already working.

The AI-assisted communication tools have also helped us respond faster and create better, more personalized follow-ups without spending nearly as much time writing emails and messages. That has allowed our team to focus more of its time on actually speaking with borrowers and closing loans.

We’ve seen improvements in productivity, response times, and overall lead conversion since incorporating more of Shape’s AI features into our workflow.
