I could access even more data than the crm data with the speech analytics application. With the right queries, very good results are obtained. In particular, I received fast support on any issue I was stuck with.

Customers' emotional states can be analyzed better. There was no issue that I remained unresolved. Improvements should be made for the emotional states of the customers.

It is very helpful for me to find a call with a word or keyword. By this way, we could able to find our calls that we can change our process. Before Sestek, I used another tool, but it was not accurate as Sestek.

Language analysis should be improved. Exceptionally german and english language voice analysis rate is low. This should be improved by Sestek by using different companies jargon.

We could easily find calls that we can understand problems or processes. I benefited to decrease silence rates in calls. It is more productive. Yes it has been increased.
