I like DariyCraftPro, as it is very basic, it help me organize my production my batches. I really like the cheese yield estimate as it can help me before hand to have an idea on how much my yield is going to be. Will keep using it as the price is not bad and just last week they have added some new feature for process control, salting and maturing. I use it everyday for my cheese production.
