A bit expensive especially with some of the add-ons.   Texting feature overpriced,

**What do you like best about ServiceMinder?**

It has some features that are helpful after you get past the learning curve

**What do you dislike about ServiceMinder?**

So many automations are missing.  Can't trigger based on Contact information
Naming scheme of things are just silly.  Drip Campaigns?  You mean workflows? Drip Triggers?  A TRIGGER??  You also have to use a "drip trigger" to kick off a "drip campaign".  Why?  This just makes automations messy. 
Their UI is straight from the 90s internet.  
As an integrator that has worked with multiple CRMs, I would never recommend Service Minder to any client.

Used for a Franchise Windows Business.

**What do you like best about ServiceMinder?**

SM has many customizations, the calendar page gives you an easy view of all upcoming appointments and who is assigned to it.
Mobile application is responsive and very usefull.
I'm able to allow office staff or technicians the desired access to web, app, or text.

**What do you dislike about ServiceMinder?**

It is not recognized as one of the major CRM's therefore many other marketing companies don't integrate with it.
The Home Dashboard page where you can see at a glance it is not configurable and lacks colors or graphs to tell you how your business is doing.
It does not have many reports such as convertion rate, month to month comparable, etc.
Not able to add a second person or email to contact information.

Company CRM, customer database, invoicing, quotes, communication

**What do you like best about ServiceMinder?**

As an edn user, almost nothing. The franchisor likes the routing functionality during appointment setting. This isnt exclusive to service minder.

**What do you dislike about ServiceMinder?**

Our franchisor uses this software and it is a terrible experience. The UI of the software and mobile app is outdated, old and clunky. The billing/proposal section offer very limited options in terms of formatting and outputs a very dated looking quote with options that are not intuitive. Avoid, look elsewhere, especially given the cost.

**What problems is ServiceMinder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its more of a hinderance than a benefit to me as a franchisee.

**What do you like best about ServiceMinder?**

ServiceMinder makes it easy for clients to pay their bills and the invoices look great!

**What do you dislike about ServiceMinder?**

on the backend we run into some wonky stuff like duplicate invoices pooping up and when a customer makes a deposit of you team doesn't start and stop the appointment the money sits in limbo.

Easy billing

**What do you like best about ServiceMinder?**

I get every part of the customer process in one place. From generating a lead, nurturing, scheduling service, dispatching service, proposals, estimates, invoices, follow up marketing. This software has made overseeing my 60 franchise locations easy and the price is a fraction of the competitors. 

**What do you dislike about ServiceMinder?**

I have seen better looking software but, with that I noticed they remove functionality. You can find more simple software but, it won't have nearly the functionality of serviceminder 

**Recommendations to others considering ServiceMinder:**

Make sure other software has the usability of service minder. I have seen prettier and better presentations but, not all the options and ways to use serviceminder. I am very happy with their responsiveness to needed features as well.

Everything is more organized, in one place, and data can be used to make decisions.
