**What do you like best about Sertifi?**

I like how easy it is to add signing documents and collect payments. In my case, I use it through Salesforce, and the integration works almost seamlessly. I've rarely had issues.

**What do you dislike about Sertifi?**

I don't like how I need to edit everything in Sertifi itself (payments and documents) for changes to be accurately reported. I wish I could edit items directly though Salesforce and then have them updated in Sertifi + reported on accurately.

**What problems is Sertifi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowing me to quickly get documents signed as well as collect payments efficiently. I'm very happy with how easy it is to use for both myself and my clients.

**What do you like best about Sertifi?**

Being able to close job much faster without having to wait for customer to print paperwork or myself finding printer to print paperwork.

**What do you dislike about Sertifi?**

When it doesn't function it is very inconvenient because it leaves the sales team dead in the water per say. It seems to lock up our system and not let anything open when it's not working.

**What problems is Sertifi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customers changing their mind on sales, rep not closing deals quickly. ISR team able to reach out and close customers to help sales team.

**What do you like best about Sertifi?**

Using Sertifi helps me filter out unreliable clients before they even become clients. When someone verbally commits to working with me long-term, I no longer have to just take their word for it until we see each other in person again. Sertifi allows me to send the contract right away, which means I can send an invoice right away, which means I get paid by the client *before* our first session. It leaves less opportunity for clients to back out or ghost me; I now know pretty quickly if they might do either and, thus, if I shouldn't waste any more time on them because I can see when they've viewed but not signed the contract.

**What do you dislike about Sertifi?**

I use Square for credit card payments, and I would love for there to be an integration so that new clients are prompted to pay upon signing my contract.

**Recommendations to others considering Sertifi:**

Sertifi is great. It makes me feel more professional, organized, and at ease.

**What problems is Sertifi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since I started using Sertifi, I feel more professional and feel I get treated as more of a professional by my clients; they show respect for my time, which isn't a given in my industry. I also have more peace of mind; in addition to using Sertifi for my contracts, I use it to have my potential clients who are coming in for a consult training session sign my liability waiver. This way, they have ample time to review and sign my liability waiver beforehand and don't feel rushed doing so at the beginning of our session, and since it's an e-signature (vs. pen/paper), I feel more legally protected. Finally, as previously mentioned, I get my contract signed quickly and, therefore, get paid more quickly (and since it's all electronic and there's no paper, my records are way more organized).

**What do you like best about Sertifi?**

The client is safe & secure while sharing credit card data and also reduces follow-up time. The client feels safe when he learns that he doesn't have to share credit card authorization via email and the link is also secure where the card expires after a stipulated time.


**What do you dislike about Sertifi?**

Entering credentials every time is consuming lot of time. Instead it should recognize me and save my credentials for future log ins.

**Recommendations to others considering Sertifi:**

Sertifi will ease your work and payment will be received on time with out multiple follow-ups. From the client perspective, link to share credit card details makes it easier as major companies are not comfortable sharing credit card details over email or as an attachment.

**What problems is Sertifi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The credit card data is readily available without bothering to find in email or other mode of communications.  Use of Sertifi creates a positive impact on the client where he / she is convinced that the company is taking initiative to secure the data received which might be misused in many ways and this confidence is of utmost importance in maintaining client - vendor relationship. Not only it reduces the time of the client but the vendor is also secured with the payment process. Electronic medium is the most secure way to transact for payments and Sertifi does help in getting this sorted in the most secure way.

At the end the best part of Sertifi is that the data is protected and is readily available for the vendor to check against misuse.

**What do you like best about Sertifi?**

Sertifi has been Such a great new procedure at my company! Now our guests can safely and securely have their credit cards approved and pay for their employees. As a Supervisor, I now can trust that we will no longer get “bad” or stolen credit cards come through  and my and my team’s focus won’t have to be on making sure their credit cards are legit.  Within minutes we will know if the credit card can be used! 

**What do you dislike about Sertifi?**

That only a few associates can view full card #’s. If one of my team swipes over a full cc #, and we don’t have any of our people who can view the full #’s, it takes us longer to get the cc # back. 

**What problems is Sertifi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems solved I mentioned earlier, we no longer are getting bad or stolen credit cards come through.

**What do you like best about Sertifi?**

I like sertifi because it is a secure system that allows for the customer to feel safe that their credit card information is being protected. Also, I like that they can open it right on their phone.

**What do you dislike about Sertifi?**

The credit card authorization form is sometimes not user friendly. I work with the social market, so when they are asked to put in their company information, they do not know what to do. Also, they have a hard time reopening the documents.

**Recommendations to others considering Sertifi:**

This is a very easy tool that every  organization should use in order to ensure the security of their customers.

**What problems is Sertifi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows for us to determine if the credit card is cleared and valid, which in turn can save a lot of work when the customer checks in.

The way the system is set up... it's basically fool proof.  The guest have an easy and yet feel very secure to process their information... I love seeing the auto responses (guest opened the email to signed document attached)...

There isn't much to criticize about it... I was trying to think if there was something I would change... nothing comes to mind.  It's so fool proof...

This is the easiest format to get your information sent securely and your guest can sign at ease... I LOVE IT

The most important part is how our guest can do this all electronically... not have to print something, sign and find a method of returning it... this has been the BEST part.

**What do you like best about Sertifi?**

I like being able to copy and paste credit card numbers into our PMS system.  Eliminates any typing errors from printed forms.

**What do you dislike about Sertifi?**

I understand for security reasons, but it's a pain to always have to wait for a security code in email to be able to pull card numbers.  This isn't always quick or efficient.  It is supposed to only be when the system logs you out.  This is not always the case.  It's a pain logging in so much if you multi-task and have to be in and out of the system all day.

Again, I know for security purposes but there are times I need to pull a card number up after 30 days.  My Sales Department doesn't always send over paperwork to create accounts in order to put a card number into our system.

**What problems is Sertifi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is safer having credit card in an online secured system without having to have credit card numbers written on a form or having to call each cardholder to get the full number.  This is a huge timesaver for me.

**What do you like best about Sertifi?**

I like that everything is very organized in one spot and it is very secure

**What do you dislike about Sertifi?**

It would be great if there was a way to categorize the links sent out by the person.... for instance, if you send a link to the same person twice, to have a main option for that person and the sub options that show all the times you have sent them a CC link.  I have recently sent probably about 50 different links within 2 days and it was hard for me to reference guests as they called back.  It would be great is you could sort your links sent by the date, time or alpha by last name.  Also the forms can be somewhat confusing if there are certain sections that do not apply to a particular guest.  if would be nice if we could pro-actively N/A those sections or black them out.

**What problems is Sertifi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting CC info as securely as possible.  Also keeping it all organized in one secure place for reference as needed.

Sertifi is very user friendly for every party involved. The fact that it is all online and that there are multiple ways to access the software makes my life easier and provides me with a since of security since it eliminates paper throughout business.

I have had no problems with this program. Everything is quick and very easy to use!

I love that Sertifi checks the validity of the credit card to protect against fraud. It eliminates another step for me when receiving payments.

It's easy to receive secure payment information from customers. Prior to Sertifi we sent PDFs via either fax or scanned via email but many customers do not have access to a scanner or fax machine.

**What do you dislike about Sertifi?**

Not much, the website is pretty basic but works well enough. More reminders to the client could be nice. 

**What problems is Sertifi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Secure payment information form sent to customers to fill out and return. Less fraud, more secure.

I love that our clients feel safe and secure when paying for their employees. It also makes my life a lot easier because I can have peace of mind that we won't have to deal with any "bad" or declined credit cards. The best part is that its so easy to use!

The ease of pulling up a signed contract quickly.  No need to waste time scanning for me and the client to scan agreements.

Sometimes clients have issues with it saying they can’t pull up their signed contract and I sometimes need to do extra work to get it to them.

I personally love that we are able to have validation with the credit card payments. There is no worrying about fake cards, and it is secure for the employees.

No complaints from me or my customers. It is an efficient tool and is easy to use.

Working in hospitality, we have many contracts coming in and out every day. This is a fast and effective way to get signatures signed when I do not have time to follow up on the numerous contracts.

There may be a reason for this, but it is very inconvenient that we can not search by guest name, confirmation number, or the credit card number

No need to save the load tender as a PDF. Quickly response time and hassle free.

Could be glitchy at time to time.  I’ll send a load tender out and carrier advised the didn’t receive it.

I like that it sends emails to let you know proper information and when transactions are complete.

I don't like that I can't change the signing document after I publish it. I have to delete and start over again.

**What do you like best about Sertifi?**

I love this it is so simple to use and is almost instant. This is a great site to use instead of the ancient credit card authorization forms that were required when someone needed to pay (used in a hotel). The form is sent and can be filled within 2 minutes electronically. The whole process from business to client back to business can be completed within 5
Minutes and it is more secure than a credit card authorization form done by hand. 

**What do you dislike about Sertifi?**

Having worked for so long with the Manuel printed form, I like everything about Sertifi. It is efficient and trustworthy. 

**Recommendations to others considering Sertifi:**

This would be an essential program in any hotel. It is so efficient and reliable. Uh better experience for the guest to fill out as opposed to the Manuel credit card authorization form.


**What problems is Sertifi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To protect from fraud, sertifi checks the validity of the credit card. Also, as it is very easy to use, and can be fully filled online, guests much prefer this way of sending us secure payment at a distance.

We no longer have to worry about faulty cards. Sertifi's credit card validation takes so much stress away from doing our business.

To be honest it does exactly what I hoped it would do. No complaints.

**What do you like best about Sertifi?**

E-Sertifi is the only program my company uses to send out documents for signing. It's easy to log into, easy to drop whatever boxes you might need onto the document. My favorite feature is the automatic executed copy email that goes out to all associated parties. 

**What do you dislike about Sertifi?**

Right around 4-5pm everyday, E-Sertifi can get buggy. I'm not sure if that's our system internally or E-Sertifi, but I usually can't use the program at all once those glitches start. All the boxes for signature will be on the document, or documents won't load, etc. I also don't like the delivery and partial signature notifications - as an admin, that amounts to so many extra emails a day when I'm sending out documents, and it gets annoying. I also don't like the fact that you can't toggle back and forth between the document upload page and the data entry page without losing data. I also don't like that admins (and people who send out the documents) have little visibility as to how the program looks to the end user.

When decision makers and stake holders are constantly needed for signatures, but not in the office due to site visits, vacations, meetings, etc., I can still get the signatures I need without leaving my desk. No scanning in documents, no faxing, no interruptions. Simply plug it into E-Sertifi and wait for all the signatures to come back. We use it for permits, subcontracts, and pretty much anything else that can have an electronic signature instead of a physical one.

**What do you like best about Sertifi?**

- Saves me time in drafting a quote. Allows me to spend more time making sure my clients are taken care of rather than drafting a quote.
-Notifications when the client views and signs the quote.
-Saves paper.
-Quote drafts quickly. All the information I compile is loaded in, formatted, and sent out. Looks professional and the layout is great.
-Clients can easily review the document, sign it, and then save or print it for their records.
-Less liability for me. I don't need to worry about writing down or verbally receiving a client's phone number. Being hands-off with that information makes it much easier for me.

**What do you dislike about Sertifi?**

I can't think of much to critique. Sometimes it is tough to go back and edit a quote before sending it, but that might be our software platform and not Sertifi.

**Recommendations to others considering Sertifi:**

If your administrator sets up the products correctly, you will have a much easier time using the software. If products are left broad or not categorized correctly, then you using the software will not be as smooth. This would not be the software's fault, but rather improper setup. I would make sure that you have someone in charge of setting up the software diligently. We have a great administrator who set everything up properly and it is so easy to find the correct products and/or services.

Bottom line, saves time. Time is money, more time allows me either more clients or more attention to existing clients, win win.

**What do you like best about Sertifi?**

I love not having to fax and chase down agreements and payment information anymore.  It let's you know when the document is opened and when it is signed as well.  Also, I like the ability to sign in person with the client when doing a demonstration to capture the immediate interest.

**What do you dislike about Sertifi?**

The sign in person feature that integrates with Zuora broke over a month ago and we are still waiting on resolution from both companies.  This was leveraged frequently by my sales organization and without capturing the initial interest when they are excited with the demo they received, it is hurting our closing totals.  However, I know it will be fixed and development takes time.  We were just spoiled because it worked well for 2 years prior to this.

**What problems is Sertifi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have higher productivity without having to chase down payment information and agreements and it validates the card for you.  The electronic paper trail helps keep clients honest when they say they haven't received things when you can see exactly when they do.

Sertifi is so easy to use for both the person sending the quote and the recipient.  Saves paper because everything is electronic.  It sends you emails when the recipient views the proposal and signs, so it makes it super easy to use. Saves me a lot of time drafting the quotes.   Would highly recommend Sertifi !

We used Docusign which is a simpler form of Sertifi. Once we switched the process was seemless and it is easy to use. Sertifi is very easy to use both as a sender and recipient.  You can email to a client or use the in person and have them sign right on the spot.

The great thing about Sertifi is it will send you an email notification when the document is signed. There is no followup needed to check the status of it.  Also, the recipient can sign on the spot, so no excuses that they are not near a printer or fax machine.

It's very simple, you just attach your purchase order through Salesforce and send it to the contact on the account.

No real complaints, would probably make sense to just put all of the fields that you need to fill in on one page instead of going through multiple pages considering how few things you need to add (email, message, file attachment).

Nothing in particular comes to mind with regard to dislike. In using it every day, I have not found any major glitches, etc.

Integration is easy. Features are great...more than what we currently use, but sufficient for us to grow into. Price beat other solutions and was comparable to in-house development, while being more robust and competitive with cutting-edge tech and continued development.

Search is lacking. I'd like to be able to search for a document by name. 
I am able to search by user by email address.

I love being able to get a signature back without having to go through the hassle of scanning of faxing documents.

Occasionally, people I send the email to do not get my confirmations when I send with E-Signature.

**Recommendations to others considering Sertifi:**

I hope Sertifi puts easier directions for people to see how to e-sign a document.  Not all people I work with notice the "click here to sign" link.  Every now and then people don't get my emails when I send with an e-signature.  I have been told documentation beats conversation throughout the nation throughout the course of my work experience, and Sertifi provides the strongest level of documentation.  This is one of the easiest and user-friendly pieces of software to use, and I highly recommend this product to all entities looking for extra security and ease of mind.

By receiving a notification email after a carrier e-signs a document, I'm able to document that the carrier has all information and cannot use the "I never got a rate confirmation" excuse.  I love this electronic paper trail.

I like how simple it is. I can fill out an electronic agreement and send it to a potential client while I have them on the phone in less than 3 minutes. I also like that I can quickly make edits to an agreement even after I've sent it.

I wish it was easier for people to open the document on their mobile phone or iPad and fill it out that way as opposed to on an actual computer. My prospective clients are small business owners who are always on the go and are rarely in front of a computer.

This tool saves me so much time. I never have to worry about whether or not the potential client has a scanner/printer or fax machine. They just sign the electronic agreement and instantaneously have a copy sent back to them for their records.

The report capabilities are helpful when analyzing data.  On a day-to-day basis, the functions and operations of the system are easy to learn and utilize.

With any system there will be flaws.  I primarily dislike the bugs that cause the system to pause and be inactive.   However, this happens not too often, when it does it makes it difficult to continue the operations.

**What do you like best about Sertifi?**

The best thing about the E-signature feature is that it gives us (as a broker) a quick and efficient response from the carrier. This allows us to spend our time more wisely instead of hunting down signed rate confirmations through faxes or PDF forms.

**What do you dislike about Sertifi?**

I do not particularly care for the "carrier can update" section of it. Carriers can often lie about their in and out times for detention purposes and that can confuse things in the long run. 

**What problems is Sertifi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I mentioned earlier, this system has saved us a lot of time. We no longer have to worry about hunting down signed rate confirmations because they are sent back to our email with just a coupe clicks of the button.
