But that's all **What do you dislike about Serchen?** Doesn't bring any traffic for app vendors. I've bought their 99 bucks / month subscription - got nothing. Wouldn't recommend, just a waste of money **What problems is Serchen solving and how is that benefiting you?** Promises to increase app visibility ### 2. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate. **Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2025 **What do you like best about Serchen?** Their DR (domain rating) is 66 out of 100, which seems promising for a software review platform and beneficial for getting a backlink for SEO. **What do you dislike about Serchen?** They only offer paid publications and don’t have many popular software categories. After paying the $50 listing fee, it took them two months (!) to publish the page. They never contacted us about the content, so they uploaded incorrect product information about our company, which offers several products. When Lee Brant from their team finally reached out, he tried to upsell us, suggesting we pay an additional $99 to get a backlink placed — something we assumed was included in the original payment. When I asked for a refund since the listing didn’t meet our requirements, he said they do not provide refunds, even though their legal terms state that refunds may be given at management’s discretion. Overall, the process and customer support was shady and unnecessarily slow. I don’t recommend working with this company. **What problems is Serchen solving and how is that benefiting you?** They didn't solve any of our problems ### 3. Stay away from this platform. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about Serchen?** Their metrics are not correct, the sales process is poor. They'll keep pinging you until you pay. They make you sign a contract that doesn't have any of the details they promised in the email. When the numbers do not match with what they advertise, you can not get your money back. Sales reps will disappear and stop responding to your emails. Their whole operation is a scam. If you're a SaaS company looking for new channels besides Gartner network, this is the worst investment you can make. **What do you dislike about Serchen?** We were told to get ~335 clicks per month, whereas we received less than 30 in 2 weeks.
