These fraudsters have robbed us of $400 without any notification or warning, and what's worse is that we never even completed our profile in the first place! We repeatedly requested for our profile to be deleted, but they simply ignored our pleas and left us hanging. And now, to add insult to injury, they have charged us again for a campaign that we never even ran! This is a blatant act of theft and deception, and I am beyond furious at the way we have been treated. We tried to reach out to every single member of their so-called "leadership team", but not a single one of them had the decency to reply or address our concerns. They have shown us nothing but disrespect and disregard for our rights as customers. Crowd Reviews is a disgraceful, untrustworthy company that preys on unsuspecting victims like ourselves. They have no integrity or ethics, and I would strongly advise anyone considering using their services to steer clear of these crooks. I demand that they immediately refund our money and delete our profile, and I hope that they will be held accountable for their reprehensible actions.
