**What do you like best about SEP?**

I find SEP really valuable as they help us develop custom applications for our media company, particularly serving premium content, which represents our fan club. SEP ensures not just the technical aspects of projects are covered but also helped us address the more abstract facets of the product like design and experience,  making them an excellent integrated partner. Our particular account manager's background in product management has been incredibly helpful for what we are trying to accomplish. They are skilled at process management and guiding clients through all necessary phases to achieve objectives. Even though SEP is more expensive, they provide more value than other companies, ensuring we always feel we get what we paid for.

**What do you dislike about SEP?**

The only criticism I would say is that they are more expensive than other companies, but the value we received was worth the price!

**What problems is SEP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SEP helps us with software development and process management, especially in creating a custom application for premium  content. They excel in guiding us through necessary phases and ensuring both technical and design elements are covered.

**What do you like best about SEP?**

They’re structured and pragmatic: clear findings, prioritized by impact, and paired with concrete, easy-to-execute recommendations rather than vague feedback.

**What do you dislike about SEP?**

They are in the upper bounds of affordability.

**Recommendations to others considering SEP:**

Good fit if you want fast, actionable UX feedback and a prioritized punch list you can hand directly to product/design/engineering to execute.

**What problems is SEP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SEP is helping us identify and prioritize usability friction in our web app, then translating that into concrete UI/UX fixes. 

The benefit is faster iteration with fewer user drop-offs and support issues, and a clearer path for users to understand what to do next in the product.
