SEP ensures not just the technical aspects of projects are covered but also helped us address the more abstract facets of the product like design and experience, making them an excellent integrated partner. Our particular account manager's background in product management has been incredibly helpful for what we are trying to accomplish. They are skilled at process management and guiding clients through all necessary phases to achieve objectives. Even though SEP is more expensive, they provide more value than other companies, ensuring we always feel we get what we paid for. **What do you dislike about SEP?** The only criticism I would say is that they are more expensive than other companies, but the value we received was worth the price! **What problems is SEP solving and how is that benefiting you?** SEP helps us with software development and process management, especially in creating a custom application for premium content.
