**What do you like best about Sensor Resource Manager?**

Customer Service is the best, very accessible, very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Sensor Resource Manager?**

I wish there were more reporting features. You are very limited on what you can do. It would be nice to be able to have hardcopies since I don't always have a laptop with me.

**What problems is Sensor Resource Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have one central location to keep all the information, and those who need access have it. Multiple people can be accessing it at any one time.
