**What do you like best about eFORCE e-Citations?**

I like how easy it is to use and how, it makes everything smooth and very reliable to use. One of the best things about this is how fast it is and it outstands its competetion.

**What do you dislike about eFORCE e-Citations?**

I don't like how long it would take sometimes to launch i feel like if they can improve the duration of its launch it would be an all in all excellent app to use.

**What problems is eFORCE e-Citations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think its heading to the direction of solving the issue that im having and if they do solve it would be great and it does indeed help me be more productive...
