It is simple to use and offers a number of free responsive email templates that can be customised using drag-and-drop means. The post-campaign reporting is currently the most informative on the market - one the most striking features is the tracking of user behaviour post-click from EDM. Free Registration, 1,000 free email sends per month and available in 11 languages. ## SendSmith Reviews ### 1. It gives very details analysis of the campaign. **What do you dislike about SendSmith?** Its user interface is very different from other email marketing service tools. I found it a bit difficult. I took lot of time to understand it. **Recommendations to others considering SendSmith:** I would recommend this tool to the people who are technically advanced in email marketing or with email marketing tools. This tool will help you very much only if you know how to operate it effectively. **What problems is SendSmith solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me to create beautiful newsletters for my clients. Because of those beautiful and informative newsletters i got many new accounts. ### 2. I can choose from 100+ templates for my email. This helps me a lot because as an assistant to the Dean, I have to send a ton of emails and using this helps me in sending those. The drag and drop feature is very helpful too because I can just use them to send emails which look presentable and professional. **What do you dislike about SendSmith?** Because they are very new, their website is not that flawless and the interface feels laggy sometimes. If they can try to improve to that, I am sure their sales will definitely increase. Also, I think they should provide more freedom to users to customize their templates. And the second thing is pricing. They should make it more affordable to increase their users exponentially. **Recommendations to others considering SendSmith:** Would definitely recommend it to anyone who send bulk emails every day. Makes your workload less and helps you create better email formats. **What problems is SendSmith solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use it at TCU to send emails to. students and other professors on behalf of the dean. It makes my work very easy because I do not have to think about creating new themes or templates for the emails.
