Sendifai has made managing our church contacts so much easier. Before we were using spreadsheets and it was a nightmare keeping track of our 800+ members. The CRM is really intuitive and the pastoral care features are exactly what we needed — care teams, prayer requests, and being able to track family relationships all in one place. The pricing is very reasonable compared to other church management tools we looked at, and the support has been excellent. They actually listen to what we need and implement changes quickly. The platform is still quite new so some features are still being developed. We'd love to see more email templates designed specifically for churches and it would be great to have a mobile app in the future.
