This AI has been very helpful in the training stages, challenges you and helps improve overall, it's super easy and friengly to use. It really takes away from shadowing. Also, Coach Jennifer is very helpful to give you tips and notes on how to improve the customer service experience. Now that SMPT has been integrated to our daily work it helps so much to remind you where you need to focus and it gives you pointers on where you need to improve.
