It's an amazing tool for onboarding and training new sales staff - I used it for cold call training primarily. It replaces role playing which is tough to manage and do if you don't have the time. You have to be very specific on the paramaters to train it to give you the responses that you want. I really hope that french and german will follow !! At least for the AI Roleplay that would be an absolutly game changer for us. It trains me to overcome some sales issues when i'm on the phone calls. So everything is more fluently and i remember the key selling points.
