What I value most about SeedsMatch is that it cuts inefficiency at the root, which recruitment processes usually have in their first weeks. Since I started using the platform, I stopped reviewing CVs, coordinating schedules, doing initial screenings, entering feedback, or trying to manually organize candidates.
SeedsMatch takes care of all that operational work for me, allowing me to manage many more searches in parallel and focus my time where it truly adds value: getting involved in the process when the first filter is already done and the decisions are more strategic. What I like least about SeedsMatch is that, like any growing platform, there are still some aspects that could be further refined or expanded.
