"The Best Tool for Innovation on the Market"

What do you like best about ITONICS?

We worked with a lot of spreadsheets, slides and other tools before. With ITONICS, everything related to innovation and new product development is finally in one place. The different visualization tools (radar, matrix, boards, roadmaps) are great. We use them a lot in presentations and on internal/external websites. The customer success and support teams are great. What do you dislike about ITONICS?

Like with any enterprise platform, there's a bit of a learning curve at the beginning. The flexibility and depth are great but it can feel overwhelming at first, especially for new users who aren't familiar with innovation tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ITONICS?

The greatest benefits of ITONICS are probably the vast features: foresight and trend management, data visualization, the ease of use are unparalleled in my experience. Also, the customer support always works right away. Working with clients, I've seen many jaws dropping given the great ways to challange ideas and connect the dots in numerous innovation processes. What do you like best about ITONICS?

What I like most about the product is its powerful visualizations like the radar and the matrix and the connectivity of these data points. The platform is highly configurable which was ideal as some changes needed to be made during the softrolllout. With the landing pages, we were able to guide users and specifically show what was relevant for the stakeholder group. What do you dislike about ITONICS?

Setting up the platform took more time and effort than we expected. It was a bit of a challenge, but the ITONICS support was there to guide us through the process. What problems is ITONICS solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have found ITONICS to be an invaluable tool for the foresight activities after having established the software within our business line two years ago. In addition, we recently started to track and manage our internal projects to have a better portfolio view of our activities. The platform offers a wide range of features and with it our ability to anticipate industry shifts and continuously improve our products has been tremendous. The visualizations provide a structured overview of our information to facilitate better decision making and also strategic planning in terms of product improvements.
