**What do you like best about Cloudscene?**

This platform is really great for making new connections. Their customer support is really great. I love the features of this platform. It is very easy to use. Introducing my company to the whole world in the field of business

**What do you dislike about Cloudscene?**

I haven't seen anything bad to comment on on this platform yet. All in all, an excellent and useful platform, But I wish, in terms of its customer support, that it would be better to make it so that everyone speaks their own language.

**What problems is Cloudscene solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloudscene is a very helpful platform to streamline buying and simplify selling. This platform provides cloud and data services, which are very helpful for traders. Using it has saved me a lot of money and time. As a result, I have benefited a lot in business.

**What do you like best about Cloudscene?**

Cloudscene is an all-in-one marketplace with incredible sources, tools, and platforms. They help with new and advanced technologies which also build new relationships with them as well. They have a wide range of services that allow many options to choose from and are best for your organization.

**What do you dislike about Cloudscene?**

There is nothing to dislike about them. We don't have faced any issues with them till now.

**What problems is Cloudscene solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used Cloudscene to engage with new vendors and technology globally which we haven't had access to before. It provides the majority of tools and services such as cloud services, data services, advanced technology, and colocation requirements. It helps us compare each provider with less research and saves a lot of time and money.

Well, There is nothing to dislike but as per being an international customer, we want you to hire some employe who can talk to us in our language so that will help us a lot.

Definitely, you should try this.

Lacking connectivity became a big reason for losing our customers.

**What do you like best about Cloudscene?**

Cloudscene provides a very personal service. As soon as I contacted Cloudscene, they assigned a Customer Success Manager, and he has been more than helpful during the whole process.
I certainly do not feel like just another number, and I am very impressed with the level of engagement and commitment from Cloudscene to ensure our requirements are met, especially considering our needs are far from standard!

**What do you dislike about Cloudscene?**

So far, everything has been very positive! Very happy with the service and cannot think of anything I dislike!

**What problems is Cloudscene solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main benefit of using Cloudscene is their extensive range of contacts and their knowledge of the market, and the relationships they have in place with the service providers.
It can be challenging to start an initial engagement with some service providers as there is a lack of contact options. It can be very difficult to find an email for sales, and contact numbers are not usable outside of the country, primarily when only provided with a Toll-Free number. Being able to go through Cloudscene offers us access to the service providers we need and access to suitable contacts too.

**What do you like best about Cloudscene?**

Cloudscene Marketplace opens up – to any company – a portfolio of enterprises and carriers that can help you provide a service. The most valuable advantage you gain from Cloudscene is the ability to find and get help from an array of companies that can deliver the service you need, with the price you’re looking for, to make your customers happy.

Cloudscene Marketplace is very easy to use. The platform helps a lot when you’re searching for different options.

**What do you dislike about Cloudscene?**

I don't see downsides so far. Cloudscene helps you; when sourcing in particular markets is outside of your scope, you have other options available. You can save so much time and difficulty using Cloudscene Marketplace.

**What problems is Cloudscene solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are continuing to use Cloudscene for both sourcing and selling network services with multiple opportunities currently being worked with Cloudscene team excellent support.

Cloudscene is very powerful for generating and identifying new opportunities and improve our core business.
We really appreciated the support given by Cloudscene's Customer Success Manager (Grant Hinrichsen) by introducing using the platform.
The platform is in constant improvement with new features.

**What do you dislike about Cloudscene?**

The platform is performing very well, so we don't see downsides.

**Recommendations to others considering Cloudscene:**

We recommend Consulting and Engineering companies experimenting with this platform to identify business opportunities extending their territory and networking. A must for B2B professionals.

Cloudscene allows us to identify opportunities outside our territory and acting globally. 
For us is key to help Customers identifying the best solution to their specific needs, this is part of our DNA.

There isn't anything to dislike about Cloudscene, and It's encouraging that they are looking for ways to add more features to their portal.

Collaboration with Cloudscene has bridged the gap to engage entities that are looking for solutions or services. The marketplace has streamlined the process between my company and the buyer.

Cloudscene is an incredible platform that has helped our business build new relationships with carriers around the world.

On occasions, carriers bidding for projects are selling the exact underlying product/cost structure.

**What problems is Cloudscene solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They connect us with carriers where we never had a relationship, which enables a greater breadth of fiber assets across Australia and the US.

**What do you like best about Cloudscene?**

I like that I can work with my account manager to enter in all the parameters of what we're needing, upload any necessary files to help in the quoting process, and can quickly review any quotes received by my deadline that has been defined. 

I also love that I am able to tell the ISPs when I am needing service by, so they can quickly tell me if my request is reasonable or if they're unable to make that timeline. I'm also alerted any time an ISP submits a quote for my review, where I can log in and quickly view the various quotes submitted and determine best next steps from there.

**What do you dislike about Cloudscene?**

There's nothing I dislike about Cloudscene. I find that the application is very organized and easy to use. I can view all quotes submitted to me in one centralized place and determine where I want to go from there. There have been locations that have come up with little to no options, but I know that's not due to Cloudscene...it's just the remoteness of the site that limits options in that area.

**What problems is Cloudscene solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The benefit I've realized is I now have a centralized place to enter information on upcoming locations that are needing internet service. It has saved me a ton of time because I no longer have to reach out to each vendor individually to obtain quotes and manage a ton of quotes via email. 

I can also find options through Cloudscene that I did not know were available in the area. 

Due to this centralized repository, I'm saving time, and I can focus on other priority items. It's also highly beneficial that I can provide a deadline for when I need quotes, as well as a deadline for when we need service so the ISPs can tell me if that's reasonable.

  ### 10. One Stop Shop for What You're Looking For

**What do you like best about Cloudscene?**

Instead of sending multiple emails for a request, Cloudscene allowed us to create one request and check off who we wanted to send to in one click. I also liked that we could download all quotes received into one spreadsheet for review instead of downloading multiple proposals and manually combining them into one spreadsheet.

**What do you dislike about Cloudscene?**

Since we have longstanding relationships with larger carriers, it was rather difficult to push them to use Cloudscene.

**What problems is Cloudscene solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Decreasing the amount of time it takes to send multiple proposal requests and seeing competitive rates offered by other carriers, especially carriers we would not think or know of to ask.

**What do you like best about Cloudscene?**

It is great to see a platform with market intelligence built-in. The process management means we have to spend less time building internal processes for our procurement requirements. They have a wide range of products and services available. Its reduced our procurement timeframes, which saves both time and resources.

**What do you dislike about Cloudscene?**

Trying to find the right service provider for the exact requirement can be challenging if you have complex requirements, however the team have taken on our feedback and working on new workflows to resolve this.

**What problems is Cloudscene solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides a single platform for the majority of our network and colocation requirements, which is a huge part of our COG's. The fact it's not fragmented internally and we can track which providers we've used to compare pricing in almost real-time means we have been able to get better pricing and reduced overheads on trying to research who the providers are or what DC they can or can not fulfill our requirements at.

I hope Cloudscene can cover more countries, like North Africa or some other developing countries.

On  Cloudscene, I have found many suppliers who are difficult  to contact with.  And I also can find the equipment manufacturer, or smart hand service team thrgough the platform. It is fantastic.

The people are great at Cloudscene! My questions are answered in a timely manner. The process is transparent.

As a service provider, I rarely see 100% matches.

Helping companies that are shopping for global connectivity. The platform marketplace aggregates requirements. I also use the database to verify data center addresses and read up on their capabilities.

**What do you like best about Cloudscene?**

I like how easy it is to submit a request. I also like the attention given to each request.

**What do you dislike about Cloudscene?**

The only downside is the amount of time it takes to receive quotes back, but that is industry standard. Telecom moves slowly.

**What problems is Cloudscene solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes there is a single site that I need to be quoted that is difficult enough to take away time from other aspects of my job. I can give this site to Cloudscene to quote so I can focus on my other tasks.
