When suppliers update their SAQ because of only a very small change, it can become misleading when "last updated" date changes. I also dislike that non‑closed findings remain open when an audit company changes. It would be helpful if the new auditor could confirm whether previous findings are still valid or closed, instead of having findings shown as ‘Open’ for several years even when later audits are compliant. And that it's a membership organization, so we're able to influence and affect the standard. **What do you dislike about Sedex?** I can only really use Sedex for our direct tier on the supply chain, and I'm not able to understand, assess risk, or gather data from upstream suppliers.
