I've used many Hr tools till date but HRM is the best so far as it's very easy to keep a check on your attendance on daily bassis. The interface is user friendly and there are specific categories clearly mentioned to view your salary slips, attendance, leaves applied and pending.. previous month's deductions and all.. Sometimes it takes longer than expected to load but it's a heavy tool so I beleive it will take some time. However, developers can work on this thing to make it fast.
