What stood out to me wasn't really the number of profiles we received, but how easy it was to have an actual conversation about the people behind them. The candidates came into the process with enough context around their previous work that our team could get past the usual CV discussion pretty quickly. That was useful for us because we could talk about how someone approaches their work, communicates with teammates, and handles situations that are closer to what they would actually encounter day to day. There were a couple of moments where I would have preferred a faster turnaround between one step and the next. It wasn't something that stopped the process, but having clearer expectations around timing would make the experience feel a little smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
