
From all tools I tried out so far it's the easiest to implement, as the user management is directly linked from existing directories and all the relevant departments don't have to be kept up-to-date when something changes.
Directly getting the information about who's where in the week is nice to have as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you want to integrate some nice to have features for desk booking there are atm not really a lot of options - like a little gadget at the desk to see from a distance if the place is already booked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
