Very important was the possibility to integrate this tool into our M365 tenant. We use Seatti for daily booking of desks and conference rooms. Smart idea was to have a graphical layout of location of the desks in our office and the fact that administrators of the system can upload floor maps by their choice. Seatti is fast, causes no lags nor delays. Users can see their bookings in real time and admins have a good insight into different statistical figures and can give practical hints to teams for more effective space management. Personalization of needed fuctions and settings us just fine and sufficient. Seatti has a good price-to-value ratio. No feeling to overpay at all. I had a good contact with the support so far. They listen to customers and are open for requests and ideas to improve Seatti in future. **What do you dislike about Seatti?** Seatti is introducing changes and improvments relatively often. An up-to-dated documantation or change log would certainly help. However, Seatti is quite intuitive to use, so this is not a big problem, but only a small advice for improvement. **What problems is Seatti solving and how is that benefiting you?** In a office where almost all desk are hot-desks, working without any booking system would not be possible. Additionally, Seatti integrated into MS Teams offers a very convinient environment for daily usage (all necessary tools in one place). ### 2. Directly getting the information about who's where in the week is nice to have as well **What do you dislike about Seatti?** If you want to integrate some nice to have features for desk booking there are atm not really a lot of options - like a little gadget at the desk to see from a distance if the place is already booked. **What problems is Seatti solving and how is that benefiting you?** It definitely helps in managing the office space, as it works without a problem and has a solution for any kind of situation in it's field. Compared to other products in the market I really like the idea to be a functioning desk booking tool as well as a tool for "incentivizing" colleagues to get back to the office - not to force them ### 3. Collaborating and even just coordinating inside the Organisation has become so simple and effective with the help of Seatti's intuitive user interface. I feel as though the office spaces we have are being used more efficiently and going to the office has now become synonymous with getting thing's done instead of just showing up. **What do you dislike about Seatti?** Although the roll-out and integration into our current system was implemented very quickly and seemlessly, it took some time until our managers communicated that the tool was ready to use. **What problems is Seatti solving and how is that benefiting you?** After switching to a completely remote work setting in times of the pandemic Seatti has been the main enabler for us to make the switch to a hybrid work setting.
