They have good analytical tools and calculators but some missing scale of operations. They are very usefull for receiving indications but deal flow is slow and you can just call to large freight broker to know what quotes are available for now. Needs digital integration with large fleet operators like Maersk to get instant receiving of quotes and confirmation to react fast on customer requests (CIF calculation to destination, export facility). They have build in document templates and this is very efficient if finally your invoice evolved to B/L. **What do you dislike about SeaRates?** There is no digital signature capabilities and contract management to use like in SAP products. Good if have published anonimously quotes and deals data - that could be very informative. They have direct competitor Freightos who dominates media. Still waiting for API to track historical data. Would be interesting to get finally full scale intermodal system with included railroad funcitionality to transfer B/L to railroad order. **What problems is SeaRates solving and how is that benefiting you?** We built digital informational system for commodity broker in Transnistria and it needs to have instant freight quotes import to react on customer requests. It is rapidly evolving and is backed by DPW venture and technology hub. It is growing in terms of capabilities and is striving to integrate top 4 shipping services and build in bulk freight api and capabilities. It has its own inner marketplace and it is impacting the development of freight market infrastructure. You can use it for cargo tracking and quote requesting both with digital deals origination. **What do you dislike about SeaRates?** The main focus should be on marketplace capabilities, not only data and tracking API development. There is no historical data export to get it even via additionally paid subscription to make analytical research and request reasonable quotes to be filled. Marketplace deals origination is human assisted that is why it is time demanding to wait 1-2 days to get the things done for feedback and quotations. SeaRates UX/UI could be developed better if compared to competitors. **What problems is SeaRates solving and how is that benefiting you?** Use of external freight data API to build customers analytical system with capabilities for digital contract management of export operations. ### 3.
