screenTAP is cloud-based digital signage software that turns everyday hardware into professionally managed screens. Instead of buying expensive proprietary media players, businesses bring their own Android TV, Google TV device or Raspberry Pi, install the screenTAP player, and pair it with a six-character code. Within minutes that display appears in a single web dashboard, ready to manage from anywhere. Built on Cloudflare's global edge network, screenTAP is designed to make digital signage affordable for the small and independent businesses that traditional signage has priced out — cafés, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, gyms, salons, retailers, hotels, estate agents, offices, waiting rooms and churches. Because it runs on consumer hardware with no per-screen media-player cost, professional, centrally managed signage becomes practical from around £5 per screen each month. From the dashboard, users upload images and video into a tagged content library, arrange them into looping playlists, and schedule exactly what plays and when. Advanced scheduling and dayparting show different content at different times of day, while targeting sends the right message to a single screen, a group, or an entire venue. Editable templates make it easy to design digital menu boards, promotions and price lists, and an AI design studio — including scan-a-menu-with-AI — speeds up content creation. screenTAP goes beyond static media with live, data-driven widgets: weather, news and RSS feeds, Google Sheets data boards, Microsoft Power BI dashboards, clocks, countdowns and dynamic QR codes. Web pages, Google Slides and Canva designs embed directly on screen, and social walls pull in Facebook and other feeds. Content can even span several displays as a synchronised video wall. Managing a fleet is simple. Operators see each screen's live status and can resync, reload, reboot, capture on-demand screenshots, or push an emergency broadcast to every display at once. Every screen is offline-first: it caches content locally and keeps playing through an internet outage, then re-syncs automatically when the connection returns — so unreliable venue Wi-Fi never leaves a blank display. Team roles, approval workflows and multi-venue management keep larger deployments organised, with predictable per-screen subscription pricing. Whether it's a café menu board, a gym class schedule, live retail promotions or a lobby information screen, screenTAP delivers reliable, remotely managed digital signage without the hardware lock-in or enterprise price tag.
