Our company previously used another vendor, and updating or changing playlists wasn’t the easiest process. Switching to ScreenCloud has been a game-changer! I love that it offers apps within the platform, making content creation both easy and engaging. The interface is intuitive, and the built-in tools streamline the entire process. The webUI is great, easy to use and easy to train others. I think my FAVORITE thing is the replace device option. We use a lot of BrightSign hardware that need regular format and reinstall. This feature makes that fast and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use ScreenCloud to provide digital signage for 5 nightlife and restaurant venues. The ease of use, detailed scheduling options, and remote content control make it a clear winner for any requirement with multiple TVs. I wish there were more integrations with intranet vendors (ideally, Simpplr) so that I didn't have to recreate content on two platforms. I would also like to see a true integration with Canva so that you could edit slides in Canva and they would update in ScreenCloud. The Canvas design tool is not very good within ScreenCloud. The best thing about it is a tie. The ease of use for the playback and UI and the fact that it is can be used with other multimedia players. They dont force you to use their hardware but if they did it would be okay because its easy to use too. And they have great customer support! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The one thing that could be better is maybe the inclusion of a media editor inside their dashboard. They have some tools but it would be great to have a lightweight verison of photoshop or even a canva clone in it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
