**What do you like best about Science Exchange?**

The ease of use to find a new vendor or CRO for specific work.  The search function will find all registered companies that have listed something similar and allow you to communicate the same request details to all simultaneously. It helps to find vendors I wouldn't be able to find myself.

**What do you dislike about Science Exchange?**

The CROs and vendors available to search for on Science Exchange aren't comprehensive - there may be good options that haven't gotten set up with them yet.  Though you can always request a particular CRO get established on Science Exchange, and they do all the leg work to get them set up so you can use them in the future.

**What problems is Science Exchange solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding vendors for particular biological reagents or specific CRO services.  Being able to identify companies with the capabilities needed for a particular project is very helpful and time saving.

**What do you like best about Science Exchange?**

Science Exchange has a plethora of services that are hosted on its site to cover all fields of science. While I have utilized it primarily for molecular biology, various groups are have different expertise and backgrounds.

**What do you dislike about Science Exchange?**

There are instances when a group on the site does not respond promptly and requires follow-up. While this is not specifically a problem with Science Exchange, it does hinder some aspects of using the site.

**What problems is Science Exchange solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our laboratory has limited funding to purchase the necessary equipment to run specific experiments. By utilizing Science Exchange, we can get competitive bids on these projects from experts in the respective fields to complete the tasks necessary to keep our research going.
