It's easy to scan a document, especially one that requires signatures, and instantly upload it to a specified folder on your desktop. This is helpful because otherwise you'd have to take a photo and somehow upload that; it wouldn't be that easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have found this easy to use and very user friendly. Right from the start, generally you would be a bit confused and would take you a while to get used to all the functionality of it but I personally thought it was pretty seamless and it does the job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Scan+Share solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before I used to manually scan documents individually and send them out via email manually. This whole process took a long time when you consider the amount of paperwork that is needed. Scan share has cut down on manual labor tenfold by automating most of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
