**What do you like best about Scalestack?**

As an agency supporting multiple clients, Scalestack has been a game-changer. Instead of stitching together data sources and tools with spreadsheets and manual workflows, Scalestack automates the heavy lifting. Its AI agents clean, enrich, and prioritize CRM data in real time, giving our clients trusted, actionable information. I especially like how flexible and modular the workflows are—we can adapt them to each client’s unique ICP, territory mapping, or enrichment needs without building custom code or waiting on engineering. Scalestack’s integrations also make it easy to plug into whatever stack our clients already use. The result: faster execution, cleaner data, and more revenue impact for our clients.

**What do you dislike about Scalestack?**

The platform is powerful, but that also means it can take some upfront time to fully understand all the capabilities and configure workflows optimally. The good news is their CSM and partner team are excellent and provide hands-on support, which has helped us bridge that gap. I’d also love to see even more pre-built workflow templates for agencies so we can accelerate implementation even faster.

**What problems is Scalestack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most of our clients struggle with messy, siloed GTM data and endless manual work just to keep CRM records accurate. Scalestack eliminates this by automatically unifying, deduping, and enriching data across systems. This gives sales and marketing teams a reliable single source of truth, ensures accounts are routed to the right motion, and dramatically reduces wasted effort on data cleanup. For us as an agency, it means we spend less time fixing data and more time delivering strategic impact for our clients. The benefit is clear: higher win rates, faster campaign launches, and measurable revenue lift.

**What do you like best about Scalestack?**

While I was leading Sales Operations at MongoDB, I purchased ScaleStack. It gave us the tools to operationalize data at scale. 

For example, we had thousands of free tier signups every month, but many of registrants used personal emails (e.g. gmail.com, yahoo, etc.) -- which meant we had no way to attribute them to accounts or route them effectively. With ScaleStack, we were able to de-anonymize and enrich those leads, and automatically route them to the right geo and account owner in Salesforce.

We also used ScaleStack for outbound prospecting—building workflows to surface accounts that met custom criteria (e.g., “using Kubernetes but not AWS”) and enriching them with the right contacts. Reps got clean, prioritized leads without doing manual research. It dramatically increased efficiency and pipeline conversion rates.

**What do you dislike about Scalestack?**

As with any powerful platform, ScaleStack takes a little upfront work to define the right workflows and get data flowing cleanly into Salesforce. But their team was super hands-on during implementation and quick to respond as we iterated. Once it was set up, it ran smoothly.

i've used a bunch of other tools but scalestack finally gets it right for enterprise
- can integrate with all our tools
- can support waterfalls, AI agents
- can handle complex situations that others can't
- scale without having to deal with tables
- an amazing team of CS that works with you to design and build your flows

**What do you dislike about Scalestack?**

the app is still early but works at enterprise scale (they've focused on scalability and functionality vs. features first which I appreciate).   the team is amazingly responsive for refinements

**What problems is Scalestack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we have standard objects (companies, investors, leads) and they nailed those with both data waterfalls and innovative agents to score TAM
we also have custom objects and they handled those amazingly well

**What do you like best about Scalestack?**

We’ve been using Scalestack to automate data enrichment and lead prioritization, and the time savings have been game-changing. In the time it took a sales rep to manually update two contacts, Scalestack automatically enriched and updated 370 rows—with complete, accurate data.

The platform seamlessly integrates with our CRM, eliminating manual data cleanup and ensuring our team focuses on selling, not spreadsheet maintenance. 

Scalestack works like an autonomous AI engineer, running in the background to keep our GTM ops streamlined—without needing to hire someone to exclusively manage it.

**What do you dislike about Scalestack?**

The real value comes from large-scale automation—if your company doesn’t process a high volume of accounts, you might not see the same ROI.

Although it eliminates manual data work, setting up workflows and integrations requires some initial effort to get right. If you're used to traditional data management, there’s an adjustment period.

Scalestack is one of our partners, in the truest sense of the word. A company that goes above and beyond to deliver value to their customers and this carries throughout the organization, from founders to the rest of the team.

During the last 12 months we've been working with Scalestack, I haven't came across really any ''dislikes''.

**What problems is Scalestack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scalestack is bringing the orchestration layer between several agents, and data providers. Orchestration layers can quickly become messy, and unorganized - not really doing what it's supposed to do. While it looks simple, Scalestack is extremely sophisticated in their approach and tech. In the partnership and work we do with Scalestack it's all about bringing value to their end customer.

Scalestack is an ideal partner for scaled organizations that have complex operational needs and stretched resources. They have brilliant engineers and work well with your existing people/product infrastructure. The workflows they build are totally unique to your organization and encompass best-in-class solutions for enrichment, sourcing, process optimization and content generation.

**What do you dislike about Scalestack?**

Understand that you are signing up for a deep internal partnership that will touch many areas of your organization. Scalestack is not a self-service tool but a consulting firm that will produce bespoke solutions tailored to your exact needs. For those willing to foster and active partnership with continuous feedback there's very little they can't do.

**What do you like best about Scalestack?**

I appreciated the fact that one software had to deal with multiple data sources instead of spending hours on it. It was efficient since setting up basic automations was easy as mentioned in the preceding section.

**What do you dislike about Scalestack?**

Scalestack is not very good at is in integrating the data between its various automations. This always makes me to develop other ways of working or exporting data then importing in other way which is not efficient in terms of automation.

**What problems is Scalestack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scalestack has a good ability to help users to focus on routine tasks. It is a great tool for anything that requires repeated data entry or simple file transfers. The concept it gave rise to generates more fragmented data sources than it counteracts.

**What do you like best about Scalestack?**

Scalestack is also an excellent program to deal with routine tasks on my computer. Earlier, it took hours to set up new development environments but with Scalestack’s templates, it is way too simple.

**What do you dislike about Scalestack?**

There is a sense that Scalestack offers little in the way of customization. But they are not easily customizable in detail, which can be a downside when I want something more specific.

**What problems is Scalestack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have found Scalestack useful for my work. It saves considerable time I would have used to do mundane tasks hence creating more time for more important work to be done.

**What do you like best about Scalestack?**

With Scalestack, I can automate most of the tasks, especially those that I previously did on the computer. We can establish new development environments or deploy applications without any hitches.

**What do you dislike about Scalestack?**

The current level of customization is somewhat restricted, which poses difficulties in customizing different operations of the development process for highly discreet tasks.

**What problems is Scalestack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scalestack has been useful for my genesis process development. This is very efficient because it saves so much time; time that can be utilized to work on very important activities.
