I like that the SBS Banking Platform is a modern core banking and financial services platform that provides an all-in-one solution. It allows products to be launched really fast and is digital-ready, which is super helpful. The KYC and AML hooks are really strong and built-in, which is important, and the audit trails are also built-in. I appreciate that it allows banks to run like modern digital companies and scales well. What do you dislike about SBS Banking Platform?

I find the implementation of SBS Banking Platform to be complex, which involves long rollout periods, frequent process changes, and initial instability. The high upfront cost is also a concern for me. Additionally, there is a steep learning curve associated with it. I feel there is vendor dependency, which might limit flexibility. I find SBS Banking Platform really helpful for making normal work-life payments. It's easy to pay all my bills, especially since I can use direct debit for telecom payments.
