I like that I can do all the activities, like building risk models and managing different databases, in one single interface that is easy to use. The risk decisions are much faster, and having prediction models that are applied in minutes means we can automatically approve different products without human intervention. The initial setup was easy because we benefited from support and consultancy from SAS for the SAS Viya implementation. The Build Decision component replaced our previous system effectively, and it comes with a competitive price. I find it challenging that they do not offer a real voice agent that can be used for collection discussions with clients or for call center. I would like them to extend their offer to include this segment in the future.
