Not great tool by SAP. Also, when collaboration is required between different users, eg. if one idea is submitted and then some discussion is required. There should be some proper way of doing it. **What problems is SAP Innovation Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us to manage any production development in a better way. it is not only about innovation, but it helps to start from the ideate phase to the delivery phase. It has guided us to another demographic I will say. We signed up to work with a report builder that helped us find essential data that we regularly wouldn't know how to access. The platform was easy to use and was user-friendly. **What do you dislike about SAP Innovation Management?** While the platform does have customization options, it was limited in changing specific data categories that users could complete. You get a reliable platform for a low cost, but if you want anything "extra" (additional reporting) expect to pay for it. **Recommendations to others considering SAP Innovation Management:** Just know it's a vast organization with a variety of platform and service options, so it may take a bit longer for changes to be made or for a response. While the account reps are friendly, they rarely know the information, and you are often directed to the support/help center. **What problems is SAP Innovation Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Giving employees autonomy to book their travel and complete expense reports. Instead of having an assistant do this, we can put it on the employee to take the task on themselves. This is saving time for everyone involved. ### 12. The good thing is that they have solution to the entire world before the problem knocks the door. A weel ahead and well planned practice to provide solutions to the modern business **What do you dislike about SAP Innovation Management?** many time it asks to buy additional product or licenses, even if you are in similar line of businesses. For example it might ask you to buy cloud liecense to use few product, where you are already using cloud. There need to be complete transparancy with respect to cost **What problems is SAP Innovation Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** many.. like business to business critical solutions and also many government related statutory provisions like e invoice, print challans, bank application integration etc ### 13. The software is fairly easy to navigate and the search functionality is superb. I love being able to filter out store to store transfers and general shipment. One of my favorite features is the ability to scan in a whole box as opposed to scanning each individual item. I enjoy the integration between the SAP Fiore application and our POS software; it makes inventory lookup a useful tool. **What do you dislike about SAP Innovation Management?** The application is slow and clunky. The response time to register a button tap can sometimes take two or three seconds and the next page can sometimes take between five and ten seconds to load, slowing down the inventory lookup process, as well as scanning in shipment and transferring items to other stores. I also think that SAP could introduce a more streamlined store to store transfer and send sale process. We ship a lot of inventory out of other stores to our customers. One of our competitors, Nike, does the same. Their inventory management system simply allows them to tap on the store where the item is available, collect the customer information, and notify the other store's stock team of the send sale. The transfer of inventory is completed automatically. This would be an incredibly useful feature for SAP to work on, as it would increase efficiency tenfold by reducing the time of the send sale process exponentially. One final useful feature would be if the app could actually store inventory documents as they are created and allow store teams to look up documents if necessary. **Recommendations to others considering SAP Innovation Management:** It's an excellent system overall, just be prepared to take some time to navigate it; not because it's complex; it just takes its sweet time to load. **What problems is SAP Innovation Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our inventory process is now far more streamlined than it was prior to the SAP integration. Transferring of inventory to other stores, as well as being able to look up items in other stores has been incredibly useful in streamlining our inventory capabilities. ### 14. It also help us to bridge new innovations and ideas. **What do you dislike about SAP Innovation Management?** The biggest downside is the fact that you have to go to multiple screens just to find the answer. It is not a 1 click search. **Recommendations to others considering SAP Innovation Management:** SAP Innovation Management is very effective, you can easily track every user's action ( traceability is very good ) . Easy to catch, and to work on, this software is very user friendly. **What problems is SAP Innovation Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** This system is being used in sales and Marketing and this system has made life much easier as it relates to the ability to transfer data into the system and capturing it all. ### 15. It is easy to create boards and ideas and share them with the community. **What do you dislike about SAP Innovation Management?** The set up process is rather labor intensive. The process of searching and using keywords is not straight forward and could be way easier **Recommendations to others considering SAP Innovation Management:** There are easier and cheaper options available, so it might be worth to look around a little longer. Although this one fits in rather easy with other SAP applications if you already have them in your organization. **What problems is SAP Innovation Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** We did set up a cross functional idea platform where people could share and build on ideas. It took some time for people got used to the format but it performed ok in the end ### 16.
