SAP ARIBA is a good tool for sourcing. The interface is friendly and offers an in-built workflow-based approval process. What do you dislike about SAP Ariba? SAP ARIBA doesn’t offer enough configuration or automation options for tax and withholding tax calculations. Even when we try to connect it to an external tax engine for indirect tax calculation, the connector still feels quite restrictive and ends up limiting what we’re able to do.
