Sanvit HR Reviews & Product Details

Most companies buy an HRMS for attendance and payroll, then a separate tool to track the work, and connect the two with spreadsheets. Sanvit HR puts both in one platform, with one login and one set of people data. Key features: Team Today: Each person’s plan for the day sits next to the hours they logged, with end-of-day reports in one place. Managers can see who is on track and who is falling behind. Workload Planner: Booked hours by project for the next six weeks, against team capacity after leave and holidays. Overload shows up weeks before deadlines slip. Productivity Scorecard: Utilisation, on-time delivery, estimate accuracy and rework for each person, plus where the team’s time went and why tasks slipped. Project Progress: Planned, worked and achieved hours day by day, with manpower cost against budget as it is spent. HRMS built in: Attendance, work from home, leave and approvals; payroll with PF, ESI, professional tax, LWF and TDS, plus gratuity and full-and-final settlement; recruitment pipeline; appraisal cycles; contract workforce; and reports in Excel or PDF. Sanvit HR is built for Indian companies with about 10 to 200 employees. It was founded by Arpeta Mukherjee, who has 20+ years of HR consulting experience, and is patent pending in India. The team sets it up with your people, projects and policies at no extra cost, with a 14-day free trial (no credit card) and go-live in about 14 days.
