Productivity Scorecard: Utilisation, on-time delivery, estimate accuracy and rework for each person, plus where the team’s time went and why tasks slipped. Project Progress: Planned, worked and achieved hours day by day, with manpower cost against budget as it is spent. HRMS built in: Attendance, work from home, leave and approvals; payroll with PF, ESI, professional tax, LWF and TDS, plus gratuity and full-and-final settlement; recruitment pipeline; appraisal cycles; contract workforce; and reports in Excel or PDF.
