The setup/configuration of Switchvox is extremely straightforward, and maintenance/upkeep requires minimal effort. Ever since upgrading to the newer Switchvox appliances, up-time is nearly 100%. We have found that most updates we have implemented have either introduced minor bugs or removed/disabled features that were not previously mentioned in release notes. I had minimal knowledge of SIP, PBX, Trunks, etc before implementing this product but I have been blow away by how simple everything has been with the guidance of Digium and the sales team.
