I like that Sangoma Unified Communications Platform has a very wide set of features and our customers appreciate the customizability. They enjoy having the ability to have one single in-house communication system for their entire business. The mobile app is a little simplistic. And the desktop app needs various kinds of controls and integration still that can be found in the UCP the browser version. Setup of the on premise solution is laborious but very detailed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can always reach customer support promptly and easily, and I'm always connected to a representative who is familiar with Sangoma services and troubleshooting. The set up of our Sangoma phone system was very simple and completed within a few hours. Using the Sangoma web portal to manage our phone system is super easy. We depend on Sangoma for all of our business communication daily and and are always impressed with the features offered to keep our jobs simple and hassle-free. I believe Sangoma is pricier than a few other service providers with much of the same products and features. I have done research on communication options for my business and found very competitive rates for similar services. I have not been tempted to switch because Sangoma has been very reliable. I enjoy the features that myHUD offers. I find it easy to put calls on hold, transfer calls, and I enjoy seeing the incoming call information so easily. I am a customer service representative, so I use myHUD all day long. The chat feature is great as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main feature that I wish we had was the ability to pick up an incoming call that was already ringing when we hang up from a call. For example, I am in the process of ending a call with Mrs. Smith when Mr. Jones calls in. Since the phone was already ringing before I hung up, I cannot answer the call from Mr. Jones from my extension even though I have already hung up. As cliche as it sounds, I like how Switchvox just "works" and does what we need it to do. It may not have all the frills of other VOIP products, but for my use case it doesn't matter. I no longer have to use my office phone because SV helped me to link the two together. I haven't touched my office phone in months. I find the UI very user friendly and so far I haven't had any trouble setting up phone links. I've only had to contact support once when I was first setting up the product for my company, they were very friendly and quickly resolved my issues.
