I love our Digium Switchvox! I work in the IT field and our old Phone switch we had, I had to reboot it everyday due to calls not going out or coming in. What do you dislike about Sangoma Unified Communications Platform? The app is tweaky sometimes. You have to be connected to wi-fi to use it, and even then I've missed a couple calls. I've also answered a few calls only to have it be a dead connection, so I have to hang up and call the person back. I love the ability to log into the Digum Switchvox website as Admin and manage extensions, add phones using the Feature Packs, check phone logs and more. Everything is right at the click of a button. I do not like the flashing voice message indicator that continues after a phone has been reset. With the ability to give direct numbers to my lead customer service reps, we have all calls monitored via the switchboard and emergenccy calls only to call direct.
