I really like the possibility of having full control over my customers' Samsung devices. We could manage, deploy, and ensure the security of corporate data for large device fleets with the simplest means. I would particularly like to highlight the really fair pricing policy from Samsung, considering the range of functions.
Otherwise, the products are designed to be very easy to use, and the documentation for administrators is really very detailed and at the same time clear enough to find one's way around. Thus, the integration of the Knox Suite into existing MDM environments is absolutely no problem and very easy to implement.

Especially the Knox service plugin has become so extensive that it initially seems a bit cluttered. Some improvements could possibly be made here. Additionally, as a first-time new user, I found it quite complicated to access data such as prices, "Where can I register?", etc. It is advantageous to have a good service provider at hand who can assist with this, as they have done it multiple times before.
