"Centralized Management with Top-Notch Security Features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Samsung Knox Suite?

I like Samsung Knox Suite because it lets us centrally manage and secure all of our pharmacy tablets from a single console. Enrollment and configuration are straightforward, so we can deploy tablets quickly across multiple pharmacy locations while keeping settings and security policies consistent. The remote management tools are especially valuable for our IT team, since they can troubleshoot issues, push updates, and monitor device health without needing to be on-site. I also appreciate the strong security features that help protect sensitive pharmacy and patient information and support compliance with our organizational standards. Overall, Samsung Knox Suite saves us time, reduces administrative overhead, and gives us confidence that our pharmacy tablets remain secure and efficient. The initial setup was very easy as well, which is another plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Samsung Knox Suite?

While Samsung Knox Suite has been very effective overall, there are a few areas where it could be improved. Some of the more advanced configuration options can be difficult to navigate, especially for administrators who are new to the platform. The management console includes a wide range of features, but the user interface can sometimes feel overwhelming when you’re trying to quickly find specific settings or reports.

We’ve also experienced occasional delays when pushing policies or updates to large groups of pharmacy tablets, particularly when managing multiple locations. Reporting and analytics could be more customizable as well, so it’s easier to generate detailed device and compliance reports that better match our operational needs. Finally, while Knox Suite integrates well with Samsung devices, organizations managing a mixed-device environment may find certain capabilities less flexible than they would like. "Efficient Travel Management, Needs Better Device Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Samsung Knox Suite?

I mainly use Samsung Knox Manage, and it makes troubleshooting issues fairly easy, especially since we're a company using Samsung. I like the command sending feature and the location feature. It's easy to create location logs based on the information obtained, which is really helpful for providing proof of travel and site visitation hours to clients. Also, if we want to publish a new app or update an internal app, we can do it easily and quickly. The initial setup was fairly easy too, as we get enrolled through the carrier to the Knox portal. What do you dislike about Samsung Knox Suite?

Their integration towards other devices is poor. Especially towards Apple. I tried but failed. Location access, or to push an app to the iPhone like we did for the Samsung phones, should be an option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Advanced security and simple centralized management with Samsung Knox Suite"
5/5
What do you like best about Samsung Knox Suite?

What I appreciate most about Samsung Knox Suite is the combination of advanced security and ease of management. The solution allows for effective protection of devices and business data while offering very convenient centralized administration. Features like remote management, rapid device deployment, and enhanced security controls really make daily work easier. Additionally, integration with the Android ecosystem and other professional tools improves productivity and reduces the time spent on device configuration and support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Samsung Knox Suite?

What I appreciate the least about Samsung Knox Suite is the complexity of its initial setup, which can be quite lengthy and not very intuitive for new users. Some advanced options lack clarity and require time to be well mastered. Additionally, the cost can be high for some organizations, especially if not all features are used. Finally, the interface could be more modern and simplified to improve daily efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Samsung Knox: mobile security and simple management with great integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Samsung Knox Suite?

We are a company that produces and markets bread, milk, and chocolate. We have more than 100 employees, and the department heads need to be in constant communication to carry out their activities. For this purpose, the company provides them with smartphones.

We always buy Samsung for its quality and ease of integration. That said, we like that Samsung Knox has deep integration with the system, as it allows us to maintain order and security on mobile devices. We can apply rules and policies so that users do only what they need to do; this way, we can relax and focus on the activities that truly help us grow as a company.

It is also very useful to be able to locate devices in case of loss (in fact, it has already helped us recover a device) and execute remote commands to provide support at any time and from anywhere. The user interface is extremely easy to use and the platform does not affect the performance of the devices. Additionally, we have technical support in case we need a tutorial.

Overall, it is an investment with a very affordable cost compared to other platforms, which helps us a lot with the budget, especially in these times when automation and artificial intelligence are booming, and the integrations allow us to save time and money. What do you dislike about Samsung Knox Suite?

I believe that the system could improve the depth of its integration with some lesser-known mobile device brands. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Samsung Knox Suite: security and centralized management that optimize IT administration"
4/5
What do you like best about Samsung Knox Suite?

It stands out mainly for its ability to simplify management without sacrificing a high level of security on corporate devices. What I like most is that it offers centralized management: it allows you to control all devices from a single console, which significantly reduces operational time and facilitates the application of policies on a large scale.

Another key point is its integrated hardware-level security, which provides additional confidence when working with sensitive information. For IT, this is an advantage over solutions that are limited to operating at the software level. Additionally, the automated deployment process allows devices to be configured from the first power-on, eliminating manual tasks and reducing errors.

I also value the detailed policy control, as it allows specific configurations to be adjusted according to the organization's needs without excessively affecting the end-user experience. Added to this is the ability to separate the work environment from the personal one, which is especially useful in BYOD models, keeping company data protected.

In general, from an IT perspective, the most attractive thing about Knox Suite is that it combines security, control, and operational efficiency, and allows you to manage from a few to thousands of devices in a scalable and orderly manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Samsung Knox Suite?

The truth is that, although Samsung Knox Suite is quite comprehensive, not everything is perfect. Something that doesn't quite convince me is that at first it can be a bit complex to handle. The console includes a lot of options and configurations and, if you don't have prior experience, the learning curve can feel quite steep.

There's also the issue of cost. For small or medium-sized organizations, some functionalities can be perceived as expensive, especially if you compare them with other MDM solutions that offer similar features at a lower price.

Another point is that, although it works very well within the Samsung ecosystem, it becomes limited when you have devices from other brands. It is not as flexible in mixed environments and that sometimes complicates standardization within the company.

Additionally, in certain cases, advanced configuration or troubleshooting can become somewhat tedious and rely heavily on support or documentation, which is not always as clear as one would like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Knox Suite’s All-in-One Toolkit Makes Securing and Managing Samsung Devices Easy"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Samsung Knox Suite?

I like that Knox Suite gives us an all-in-one toolkit to secure, deploy and manage Samsung devices efficiently, without needing multiple separate products or consoles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Samsung Knox Suite?

What I dislike most about Samsung Knox Suite is everything around it rather than the core technology itself. The platform is technically strong, but the surrounding ecosystem feels immature and poorly supported, especially in the UK.

Licensing procurement has been a particular pain point. Despite following Samsung’s own list of approved vendors, we had to phone multiple suppliers, several of whom had never heard of Samsung Knox licenses or did not understand how to sell them. This created unnecessary delays and made the whole process feel far more complicated than it should be for an enterprise product. For an MSP trying to deliver a consistent service, that lack of clarity and readiness in the channel is a real operational risk.

The partner experience has been equally disappointing. We applied to become a partner, waited around six months, chased several times for an update, and only then were told that Samsung had closed new partner onboarding. There was no proactive communication, no clear status updates and no alternative path offered. It left the impression that partners and smaller providers are not a priority, which makes it difficult to justify investing further in the ecosystem.

In short, the product is strong, but the licensing journey, vendor awareness, and partner programme management significantly undermine the overall value and make Knox Suite harder to recommend than it should be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure and Simple Device Management with Samsung Knox Suite"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Samsung Knox Suite?

I really like that Samsung Knox Suite combines security with simple management for the IT department, which gives me a lot of confidence since the protection comes built-in and not as additional software. Furthermore, I appreciate that the security features are incorporated from the moment the device is turned on, without relying on later configurations or third-party tools. I also find it very easy to set up, as it doesn't require being technically complex. The platform comprehensively covers the organization's device security and management needs. What do you dislike about Samsung Knox Suite?

So far I like everything, I haven't found any shortcomings in the solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zero-Touch Automation and total control for corporate fleets"
5/5
What do you like best about Samsung Knox Suite?

The best part is the depth of its management. Knox Mobile Enrollment automates deployments (Zero-Touch), saving hours. Additionally, update control with E-FOTA and hardware-level security with Knox Vault surpass the Android Enterprise standard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Samsung Knox Suite?

The learning curve is steep. The interface (UI/UX) is technical and requires too many clicks for simple tasks, delaying onboarding. Additionally, control is limited on non-Samsung devices. A more modern and intuitive interface would improve the experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Manage everything centrally, secure everything deeply, and reduce effort & cost"
4/5
What do you like best about Samsung Knox Suite?

1. UI / UX

The admin dashboard makes it easy to manage devices, policies, and security in one place. The workflows feel intuitive for key tasks like device enrollment, app distribution, and policy enforcement. With zero-touch setup, users can start using devices immediately out of the box. I also like the flexibility of custom device configuration, such as setting apps, permissions, and roles.

2. Integrations

It offers API-based integration and works well with third-party systems. It supports cross-platform endpoint management, and bulk device onboarding is streamlined through reseller and portal integrations.

3. Performance

The multi-layer security approach (hardware → OS → app level) helps maintain stability while improving protection. Uptime is strong, and the remote monitoring and troubleshooting tools are useful. Remote diagnostics and updates help reduce downtime, and it scales to thousands of devices globally.

4. Pricing / ROI

There’s a free base plan included with Samsung devices, plus scalable pricing tiers (Base, Essentials, Enterprise). Overall, it can reduce IT costs through automation, extend the device lifecycle, and save operational costs with remote management.

5. Support / Onboarding

Onboarding is straightforward with zero-touch enrollment and automatic setup when the device powers on. The documentation, portals, and onboarding guides are solid, and the remote troubleshooting tools (Knox Remote Support) are helpful. Support is structured with a 24/7 knowledge base and clear support levels.

6. AI / Intelligence

AI-driven insights (Knox Asset Intelligence) support performance and usage analysis, and predictive analytics can help identify issues before failure. Galaxy AI features like auto summaries, transcription, and translation are useful, along with smart search and productivity assistants. On-device AI processing also improves privacy control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Samsung Knox Suite?

1. UI / UX

The UI/UX feels more IT-admin focused than end-user focused. For smaller teams, the interface can come across as complex, with an enterprise-grade feel that may be more than what they need.

2. Integrations

Integrations seem best optimized for the Samsung Galaxy ecosystem. Compared with some larger SaaS ecosystems, there are fewer native integrations available.

3. Performance

Security is the big differentiator here. Features like a hardware root of trust and real-time protection stand out, and it can detect rooting, tampering, and other unauthorized changes.

4. Pricing / ROI

Some of the more advanced features require paid plans. Overall value is closely tied to how much your organization is adopting Samsung hardware.

5. Support / Onboarding

Support quality and availability can depend on the reseller and/or your plan level. For enterprise environments, setup may require IT expertise to get everything configured properly.

6. AI / Intelligence

The AI feels more productivity-focused than like deeply customizable ML. It also seems less advanced than pure AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, AWS AI). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use, Update Reporting Needs Improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Samsung Knox Suite?

What I like most about Samsung Knox Suite is its device tagging and profile assignment/unassignment functionality. In our environment, I use tags to identify devices that are being retired instead of deleting them right away. This gives us a clear way to distinguish retired devices, maintain visibility, and avoid accidentally removing assets that may still need to be referenced later.

These features have improved our device lifecycle management by making it easier to organize and track devices through different stages. It also provides peace of mind, since devices can be categorized and managed consistently without creating confusion for administrators.

Another standout aspect is the simple, intuitive user interface. The platform is easy to navigate even for users with limited technical experience, which reduces the learning curve and speeds up onboarding. Setup is straightforward, and integrating Knox Suite with our device management platform through token-based enrollment has been seamless and reliable.

Overall, Samsung Knox Suite helps us manage devices more efficiently, saves administrative time, and delivers a clear, user-friendly experience for ongoing device management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Samsung Knox Suite?

One area where Samsung Knox Suite could be improved is the accuracy and timeliness of device information synchronization. We’ve occasionally run into cases where a device has been manually updated to a newer Android version, but the Knox portal continues to show the previous version. For instance, a device running Android 13 may be upgraded to Android 14, yet Knox still reports it as Android 13.

This mismatch can create confusion during device audits, troubleshooting, or when verifying update compliance across the fleet, since administrators rely on accurate OS details to make informed decisions.

It would help if Samsung Knox Suite refreshed device information more quickly, or offered an option in the portal to manually force a device details sync. While this doesn’t happen often, improving the consistency of version reporting would make device management and compliance tracking more dependable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
