Salesmsg has an incredibly intuitive interface that requires virtually no learning curve, even team members who aren't particularly tech-savvy were able to get up and running without any training. What do you like best about Salesmsg?

Salesmsg is easy to navigate and continues to improve with regular updates that keep up with current technology. The platform helps streamline communication with customers, making it easier to stay connected. One of the biggest strengths is their customer support. CJ has been very responsive and consistently follows up with me, even when I’m busy managing other responsibilities. That level of attention and support makes a big difference. I am currently working through setting up automation for contacts, and there have been a few technical challenges along the way. It has taken some time to fully implement the process, especially when integrating and testing automation. However, the support team is actively assisting, which helps move things forward. What do you like best about Salesmsg?

The most helpful part of Salesmsg is being able to reach a large group of people in a short amount of time. Their text campaigns make it easy to draft a few messages and consistently follow up with the people you need to reach. On top of that, if you get a response from someone, you can quickly message that person back individually, which makes the experience feel more personal for both you and them. What do you dislike about Salesmsg?

When I first started learning Salesmsg, I disliked how tricky it was to understand how the different features worked. I couldn’t figure out how to opt people in and out, or how to use keywords properly. The only way I managed to get it was by testing each feature individually. What do you like best about Salesmsg?

Salesmsg allows me to multi task and reach more patients than normally. In my field of work, we have deaf patients and Salesmsg makes it able to connect with them and provide the customer service they deserve. Most people don't answer unfamiliar phone numbers so Salesmsg makes it possible to send a quick text for a faster response. I am able to save templates that I use frequently, making this quick and easy to use. The layout is similar to a cell phone layout. I get notifications when I've received a reply. What do you like best about Salesmsg?

I love the HubSpot integration and being able to text from the CRM with Salesmsg. It helps us communicate directly and efficiently with our potential clients while keeping all of the tracking history in our HubSpot CRM. I don't have to manage multiple windows or notifications because everything is linked into the specific customer profile and updated immediately. The initial setup was super easy and quick. What do you like best about Salesmsg?

The Salesforce integration, along with the ability to add Salesmsg SMS webhooks to Salesforce flows, has been really helpful for our team. It allows us to keep both email and SMS together within a single Salesforce flow, which makes the overall process feel much more streamlined and easier to manage. Our basic users also appreciate the features available in the Salesmsg platform for handling incoming and outgoing calls and SMS—especially voicemail drop, scheduled send, merge fields, and broadcasts. What do you dislike about Salesmsg?

We’d love to see the Salesforce integration built out further. For example, we use Salesmsg SMS webhooks in Flows, but right now I can’t use merge fields in webhook templates unless those fields live on the primary Contact object. Because of that limitation, I have to create workarounds whenever I need to pull in fields from a child object. We’ve also started running into more issues with the Salesforce integration overall. Support seems limited, and it’s holding us back from taking full advantage of webhooks and Salesmsg campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Salesmsg?

I really like the ability of Salesmsg to save common or frequent texts that I use. It saves a lot of time when I can just go to my saved templates for text and pop them in quickly. I also appreciate that I'm able to edit those templates really easily and quickly. That's what I like the most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesmsg?

Definitely, the analytic portion could definitely be improved. There's not enough of a drill down, and even learning how to pull your own analytics is difficult. I just learned or feel somewhat competent with the process to see how many texts I'm sending a day manually, but that took a good two and a half months to figure out. So I would like to see other details in regard to my activity, such as how many calls have I sent? How many were picked up? How long is it taking me to respond to those calls or those messages? The analytic piece is just real clunky for me. The initial setup would say was fairly easy because I'm not on the rollout team. There was very little training though, and there's very little training that I could even find on Salesmsg. Most of it was really our team lead, you know, poking around and figuring out what the tool could use. But, yeah, the training was, yeah, needs improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Salesmsg to communicate effectively with my customers, co-workers, and potential future customers. It helps me clean up my vocabulary to make clear sentences and communication. I appreciate the options for recommending communication, and the 'more friendly' option is my preferred choice when adjusting messages to customers. What do you like best about Salesmsg?

I love how Salesmsg integrates with HubSpot. All our work is through HubSpot, so it's very convenient to have it integrate with that. We're able to set up automated workflows and have a whole system of text being sent out, and we're able to reply to our clients, which some services don't have, which is just amazing. It allows us to plug Salesmsg at every step of the customer journey. When they are prospects, leads, or clients, we can continue to text them and set up automations at each step without having to put in manual work hours. The initial setup was great.
