Salesgem Reviews & Product Details

Salesgem is a lead management CRM built for small businesses and marketing agencies that generate leads from Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp ads. It captures each lead instantly, assigns it to the right rep with rules you set, and notifies them on web and mobile so follow-up happens in minutes, not hours. Beyond capture, Salesgem closes the loop with Meta. Its Conversions API integration sends pipeline outcomes — qualified leads and closed deals — back to Meta using the original lead identifier, so ad delivery optimizes toward the leads that actually convert, not just the ones who fill out a form. Core features include real-time Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads capture, two-way WhatsApp messaging over the official WhatsApp Business API, Meta Conversions API, a visual pipeline (Lead, MQL, SQL, Opportunity, Converted), rule-based lead assignment and routing, task management, team collaboration, and reporting. Agency Mode lets agencies manage multiple client lead flows from one account. Native Android and iOS apps keep reps working leads on the move.
