We have complex rules including split deals, delayed payouts, true-ups, and we enforce plan enrollment through the platform. Trouble shooting and responding to reps is so much easier, we can now drill straight down to every transaction that contributed to a payout. The addition of the 24/7 AI Assistants throughout the platform for all users (admins, managers and reps) is also great cause questions can be answered by the AI, increasing efficiency.

I’m in the app pretty much every day, and it’s definitely been an upgrade from Excel. After the initial learning curve, building and maintaining plans became very straightforward. I can update quotas, add new reps, change rates, and roll out new SPIFFs without needing support.
