What do you like best about Sage HRMS?

What do you dislike about Sage HRMS?

I dislike the reporting features. There aren't very many reports you can run in the system without using crystal reports. In our office we only have one user setup to run crystal reports through Sage, so it makes it difficult. I also dislike the fact that you can't reprint direct deposit slips/paystubs. Recommendations to others considering Sage HRMS:

Make sure you compare this product well with other platforms, as this one (for us at least) is the bare bones essentials, and that's it. I've recently found that there are so many platforms out there with so many more options for benefit tracking, on boarding, etc. I have a very hard time getting anyone on the phone with customer service to assist me with problems when they occur, and the price of HRMS is right in line with most other products in this industry. We had issues with our time keeping and attendance system communicating with the Sage Platform as well, and had to pay an additional $800+/year for a middleware product, but have found that this is not necessary with most other Payroll / HR & HRIS platforms out there on the market. It seems that it is very outdated, not sure whether this is because we have a older version or if the whole system is just lagging behind the newer HRMS systems. It tends to freeze up while I am processing through different items and then logs me out without any reason or warning. It is also very slow. My company uses Sage HRMS to track all employees as new hires, any changes to their personal information or job related functions, any promotions or terminations.
