The conversations are more interactive and natural. The API integrations are efficient.

Unavailability of free trial.
Not suitable for the startup ecosystem in India, especially the small startups looking to grow

**What problems is Saarthi.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saarthi helps power customer conversations. The product has helped my startup replace the traditional DTMF systems and it is quite natural and intuitive, helping us provide an experience that is close to human intercation
