It can cover your entire business operations. A quarterly newsletter to highlight some of the modifications other companies have made to the software would be beneficial. **What problems is S2K Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?** Suggested Purchasing and Material Requirement Planning modules have helped Madeira with all aspects of Inventory valuations. S2K is being used in 12 locations of our business. It has the ability to show if an order can be shipped complete from any of our locations, using Inventory/Order Allocation. ### 2. This was causing repetitive work and consuming a lot of time. We were looking for a system that could consolidate and combine all of our processes and allow for integrations to other platforms where needed. The systems and integrations provide a smooth and consistent experience for our team in all capacities of our business, and the team at VAI has been a pleasure to work with as we have moved forward with further integrations and solutions for our business. **What do you dislike about S2K Enterprise?** Implementation time of certain fixes and patches sometimes take longer than expected. But, even then, it has never been outside of reasonable considering VAI's workload. **What problems is S2K Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?** S2K Enterprise touches every aspect of our business from marketing to ecommmerce, customer service to warehouse and inventory management. We have NEVER gone down or lost data or system functions. VAI is always adding enhancements to improve upon the system making it more intuitive and streamlining the process to remove manual processes so we can focus on growing the business. **What do you dislike about S2K Enterprise?** I do NOT dislike anything about S2K. Unless you build your own ERP from scratch nothing will be a perfect fit but S2K checks most of the boxes and if you have a need or request to make changes VAI is always there to accommodate. **What problems is S2K Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?** Faster onboarding of new users, with the easy UI and simple workflows. Enhanced customer communication and easy access to email customers invoices, order status and any notes to the customer with one click of a button. Sales force built in provides a one-stop book of record for customer communications. In a highly AI built world, automation and sophisticated screens are huge. ### 5. It is easy to navigate and easy to learn.
