What do you like best about S-Docs?

S Docs has simplified and increased our efficiency both internally and with our clients. We are able to utilize the data collected via Salesforce and "at a touch of a button" produce documents reflecting the data and formats (and presentation) we desire. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about S-Docs?

There could be easier graphic type resources to improve "look and feel" of final product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to setup, Powerful- Very happy we went with S-Docs!"

5/5

What do you like best about S-Docs?

Easy to generate templates, component (reusable sections), runtime prompts Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about S-Docs?

Not much - but one 'idea' I've had is I'd love to be able to 'transform' text on the fly. For example, into sentence case, lower case, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering S-Docs:

Clear, admin and user friendly documentation. I can't underestimate how good this has been. Thanks to the documentation, we have custom buttons that generate specific documents, depending on certain circumstances. You can even have multiple documents generated.. and emails. One-click, and I generate an email and multiple PDFs. Amazing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is S-Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were having to generate letters for incoming students. With S-Docs it is incredibly fast and easy to generate PDFs and accompanying emails. The ability to have re-usable components such as letterheads etc has been incredible - one change, and everything is changed! We connect to multiple Salesforce objects; VERY easy with their template creator. Very happy we've chosen S-Docs! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We're thrilled that S-Docs has been helping you succeed this year, Alyssa - thanks for taking the time to review us!

I've linked an article about merge field functions here - you can find functions for transforming merge field data to uppercase and lowercase, as well as several other options. I hope this article can help address some of your ideas about transforming text on the fly!

"Best Salesforce document generation package"

5/5

What do you like best about S-Docs?

There are many upsides to S-Docs. We like that our data stays completely within Salesforce. I know the other guys say everything is secure and encrypted but, why risk it? The user interface is clean and straight-forward for creating new templates. Also, we really like the batch job feature of S-Docs. Provides so many options for document generation and delivery. And they fairly recently enhanced the user interface to be completely in Lightning. Great user experience. The one other big thing about S-Docs is the people - outstanding technical support and customer support. They actually seem to care. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about S-Docs?

At this point, I cannot come up with anything I dislike about S-Docs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering S-Docs:

Be sure to give consideration to whether you're comfortable with your data leaving Salesforce. If you're not, S-Docs is your best choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is S-Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?

Like most other Salesforce customers, the demand for generating and distributing polished forms and documents to our customers is never-ending. S-Docs is the only product we use in Salesforce for doing that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The best DocGen solution on the market!"

5/5

What do you like best about S-Docs?

There are many things to like about S-Docs. The fact that it is built native on the Salesforce platform is one huge benefit. The features are very robust and continue to expand as new updates are released. The support staff is always very timely and helpful with my questions. The product's price is very affordable, which for a company our size makes a big difference! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about S-Docs?

The one thing I would change about S-Docs is probably making the Template Editor a little more user-friendly. That may be more of a reflection on my skills than anything, but I find it hard to work with formatting templates from scratch sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I highly recommend S-Docs the support, pricing and implementation make them a great partner"

5/5

What do you like best about S-Docs?

S-Docs had the most straightforward implementation. Users intuitively use the program, and our elderly customers find it easy to use. We use salesforce, and the integration is seamless. We have had very few if any down times with s-docs. We implemented prior to working from home and the transition was easy. It is customizable and meets the bulk of our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about S-Docs?

Sometimes it can be a challenge to create the page layouts but as we continue to learn it becomes easier. I can't think of anything I don't like at this time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering S-Docs:

We compared to multiple programs and looked at both functionality, pricing, longevity, and reviews. This program has been seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is S-Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?

We communicate with Veterans to get home care. We have a contract and documents that are shared both ways. Ease of communication with Providers and our elderly clients. Quicker response times with the VA. We create contracts, quotes, emails, reporting directly in salesforce. Our templates were easy to incorporate in our daily process. Cheers!

5/5

What do you like best about S-Docs?

SDocs support team is phenomenal! (customer facing and development team) They provide their expertise to help troubleshoot and to provide guidance on the best way to move forward. They are very fast to build additional features into their tool when these are helpful and needed for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about S-Docs?

There is nothing that I dislike. I know that sounds cliche, but I mean it! SDocs is a company that has impressed me at every turn. From the initial engagement, through to deployment, and now beyond. They are all about giving their customers the ability to generate beautiful documents, very easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering S-Docs:

You will not regret working with SDocs. Every weird use case that has come up, they have been super willing to jump on to understand and then make development updates to the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is S-Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?

Giving our sales team the ability to generate documents without additional help. Documents like Agreements, Additional Service Letters, NDAs, Proposals and Quotes. All are very complex documents, but S-Docs handles the heavy lifting for us and the sales team can generate what they need within seconds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
