"Reliable PDF Generation and E-Signatures Directly Inside Salesforce"

What do you like best about S-Docs?

S-Docs has made a big difference in how we handle documents in Salesforce. We mostly use it to generate clean, professional-looking Quote and Order PDFs — and it handles different formats based on order type really well. It’s flexible, easy to work with, and integrates smoothly into our existing workflows. We also use it for e-signatures, and having Salesforce records update automatically when a document is signed is a huge plus. Overall, it helps our team move faster and keeps things organized. What do you dislike about S-Docs?

The main feedback we hear is around document generation speed — sometimes it takes a little longer than expected, especially when multiple documents are involved. What do you like best about S-Docs?

We are very glad that we moved to S-Docs from our previous doc-gen tool. We needed more capabilities and better experience which they have delivered on all fronts.

The doc-generation has provided seamless integration within our salesforce org. It has provided our users with a user friendly experience and we continue to work with them to identify more solutions on our platform. We are leveraging S-Docs, to produce our Quality claims documentation, that is running majority of our companies claims. Goal is to move all of our company to this solution before the end of the year. We are also leveraging both document generation and S-Sign to communicate our Rebate programs with our customer base. "On platform doc gen is the way to go!"

What do you like best about S-Docs?

On platform document generation makes life substantially easier and allows for more flexibility on what can be done. We did a full blown implementation so there was a lot of work on the front end for us given the way we wanted to use the tool but we were also able to add features that we would have needed to do a ton more work to get there with other tools. "Excellent Template Builder with Great Support"

What do you like best about S-Docs?

We have used S-Docs for over a year now. We switched from TITAN to S-Docs primarily for cost reasons, and the migration process was smooth. Converting our templates was easy.

S-Docs offers a wide range of template formats, and the WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor makes them simple to set up. For those comfortable with HTML, there's also a source code option. Additionally, the platform allows for in-depth customization using easy-to-understand code combined with Salesforce SOQL.

From the user perspective, the process is intuitive and includes helpful features like direct emailing.

S-Docs provides thorough documentation and training videos that make it easy to get started. Beyond that, their support team is excellent—quick to respond and very helpful with any issues that arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about S-Docs?

Some issues I’ve encountered include users copying text directly from AI tools into text fields, which can cause formatting problems when the content is converted to HTML for document generation. However, this issue isn’t specific to S-Docs—it can also occur when using Visualforce pages.

Another minor challenge is setting up related objects, which can take a few extra steps. That said, S-Docs provides solid training materials and helpful videos that make the process easier to understand and implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about S-Docs?

With our last document generation tool, it was lived outside of Salesforce and sometimes integration with our objects and fields didn't work as well. But we like the fact that S-Docs is housed within Salesforce so we don't have that issue with this product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are in truck sales and we can have several trucks sale in one deal. There are some limitations with data that we've run into that has caused certain issues from slowness to system errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is S-Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to have S-Docs work within Salesforce is a huge plus from our other document generation tool that we used in the past. With that tool, we experienced countless timeout error and slowness due to integration. S-Docs has solved those issues and gives us the ability to do multiple docs (Bundles) at once which has made it easier for our Admins with day to day operations. S-Docs is 100% native to Salesforce, which means no data leaves the platform. That gives us peace of mind in terms of security and compliance. What do you dislike about S-Docs?

The template editor requires technical knowledge, especially when dealing with dynamic logic or conditions. It’s not drag-and-drop and can feel intimidating for less technical users.
