On platform document generation makes life substantially easier and allows for more flexibility on what can be done. We did a full blown implementation so there was a lot of work on the front end for us given the way we wanted to use the tool but we were also able to add features that we would have needed to do a ton more work to get there with other tools. We have used S-Docs for over a year now. We switched from TITAN to S-Docs primarily for cost reasons, and the migration process was smooth. Converting our templates was easy.

S-Docs offers a wide range of template formats, and the WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor makes them simple to set up. For those comfortable with HTML, there's also a source code option. Some issues I’ve encountered include users copying text directly from AI tools into text fields, which can cause formatting problems when the content is converted to HTML for document generation. However, this issue isn’t specific to S-Docs—it can also occur when using Visualforce pages.
